I purchased the last of two chainsaw chains for a 455 Rancher. One of them had been opened and…read morethey marked it down 10% on a yellow sticker the attached with NO OTHER writing on it which I could care less about the discount but needed the chains. Turns out they put a defective chain back in the shelves that had I not noticed the damaged link before using my saw or I might have been damaged! When I attempted to return the chain I was told it was a clearance item!!!! Clearance of a unusable dangerous item but it was not even labeled as such. Yet the store which I have done over $8000 of business with over the last two years just said too bad. Imagine if you weren't someone who operated chainsaws regularly and did not see the link issue before trying to use it! The attitude was awful considering what could have happened and the woman insisted this was just company policy. I will never do a $ of business with this outfit again.

I mentioned I had been paying $75 and they acted as if they hadn't had $75 bales in months. I really don't appreciate any businesses conducting transactions this way. I can completely understand costs increase for x,y, or z reasons. But don't act like I'm crazy because your business isn't honoring your pricing. Found the receipt from the first bale I purchased at $75 4wks ago and found the facebook post as well. I will take the small amount of my business elsewhere. (It's not about the $5 it is about the integrity behind it)

The selection of plants, flowers, and vegetables are competively priced with every other business in the metro. I even get my organic eggs there now. Bethany country store is a locally owned business. This is where you spend your money when you find that need you are missing. Their customer service is fantastic. They had baby chicks for sale and sometimes you can get rabbits and ducks depending on the season. Foods as in dry goods, lawn mowers, fire pits , house decor, toys and guns! I can go on. I shop at mostly at Atwoods for fur baby food when I'm not able to order from Chewy, and the toys for kids! The toys are very unique for gifts because let's face it , a lot of people buy from the same place for cheap toys coughs Walmart. I find there toys very good prices and can't find them down the street which makes Christmas and birthday gifts fun!
