I mentioned I had been paying $75 and they acted as if they hadn't had $75 bales in months. I really don't appreciate any businesses conducting transactions this way. I can completely understand costs increase for x,y, or z reasons. But don't act like I'm crazy because your business isn't honoring your pricing. Found the receipt from the first bale I purchased at $75 4wks ago and found the facebook post as well. I will take the small amount of my business elsewhere. I got two bags and both had what smelled like cat piss and was cat piss on the bottom and in the seems of the bag all the way across the bottom! Like they were sitting on the floor for a reason. I literally had to take some older empty bags and pour the dog food into them and tape them back shut. What is really messed up is that I carried one on my shoulder. Tulsa Feed Store is the nearest feed store to me. I always want to support local businesses first…read more However, I will travel to Claremore to get my feed for my chickens and dog food. This is the last time I will buy anything from the guy who owns this store. I've been there several times and watched him be rude to customers or thank them for coming to his establishment. Today, he was working outside and loaded up my feed and shook his head when my car was locked. I hurried and unlocked my car and almost wanted to cancel my entire order. I've observed him refrain from speaking to anyone who isn't there to purchase big ticket items, although my order came to at least $120 minimum when I go. So, Mr. Tulsa Feed Store, I'm out! You can shake your head at someone else, you aren't the only feed store in town.

Poor customer service. Yesterday's review -I went in to get #20 bags of feed.
