She had watched Craft in America on PBS (season 3) about the very talented bespoke cowboy boot maker Lisa Sorrell. (Worth the watch!) Boots start at ten thousand dollars. Her apprentice Flora Knight's beautiful custom creations start at two thousand dollars. The store also sells boot maker supplies. Lisa wasn't in when we went but Flora was so kind and welcoming. She is just a lovely human being with very artistic bespoke cowboy boots. That is exclusively what she makes!! We also found out she's a fiddler and studied fiddling in Appalachia. She let us look at the studio where they work and it was so neat to watch her work for a few minutes doing custom stitching with her signature for the inside of the boots.
