It was in their yard because they had to tow it after her accident. I saw the woman from the office on her phone outside. When she hung up I told her and she yelled at me!? She said that it must have been the insurance adjuster and went inside and slammed the door! I went in the office to request the number to the police department and she actually told me she couldn't give it to me because they were a wrecking yard and don't have to deal with law enforcement so she didn't have it!? She's rude and flat out a liar! I went outside and called the sheriff who connected me to the police department. When the officer got there we began talking to him and she stormed out of the office waving papers and interrupted us talking to the police officer. I started to say something to her and she started yelling at me again that she was the one that called the police.. I did, she obviously was trying to cover her but because she didn't think I was going to! I think they are possibly the most unprofessional people I have ever had the displeasure of coming across!! Their yard is unsecured and they have no cameras to make sure your vehicle is safe. Seems very odd that she would behave so aggressively when this problem occured when the car was under their care!!! I will pay 10x more for another tow company to come from far away than EVER use them again!!! I DO NOT recommend using them!!!! If I could give them a ZERO I would!!!

Just the convenience to pay my bill is 5 starts. Everything is clean, well maintained, affordable comparable pricing and staff has been amazing. Its an electric code gated complex. The only down fall I could say is that if I am in the gate after closing hours I have been told I will be locked in until the next morning. But I keep that in mind to make sure that does not happen.

During the hot summer months the storage should allow access till 10pm so you're not baking if you need to get some organizing done or sort through and find something. Then the gate doesn't work properly and locks early so you get locked inside.
