I had a survey/re-plat performed on my Johnson City home a couple years ago. It still bothers me…read morethat I was basically ignored when I brought up a boundary issue with them. The results of the survey did not come close to my expectations. My neighbor on the left now owns two feet on my driveway and I now own two feet of the driveway of the neighbor on the right. I assume that trend continues to the end of the block. These homes were all build by different home builders so TN Professional Survey is saying that every individual home builder on my block performed faulty surveys, really! Every single homeowner on my block will have to deal with this issue if they ever decide to sell their home. That's just wrong!
