Alex the office manager was quick to reply via text or email to answer any questions/concerns we had. Demolition was scheduled June 18 and the pour scheduled the 19th. Rain was forecasted for the 19th so it was decided to do the pour the afternoon of the 18th. The pour was done and swept and it started to rain before it could be covered. Jose and the crew had to cover it, wait for the rain to stop, then uncover and re-sweep/fix the pour. This happened three times. Finally the rain stopped, and they were able to do the final sweep and cover for the night. They stayed until well after dark, finally finishing just before 10pm, 14 hours after their day began. They returned the 19th and did a great job cleaning up. We are very pleased with the finished product and the work ethic of Jose and his crew. We highly recommend AMJ!

Moving from Las Vegas, NV to Loveland, CO, our realtor strongly recommended getting our garage and driveway's concrete sealed and protected from the snow and winters (which we were told to expect to be quite cold!) because the Magnesium Chloride used in the snow melt out here actually eats away at any concrete whenever it melts from the underside of your minivans and pools, sits and evaporates on the concrete surface. So I began the process of researching concrete treatment thinking I'd try to DIY it myself first. However I quickly discovered that it just isn't that easy and that professionals use tools such as an electric caulking gun that applies consistent compound without a complete mess - which was my first result. I calculated that it is a worthwhile investment that would prevent inevitable damage if left untreated. So I researched online, selected the best reviewed businesses and scheduled interviews with quotes. Sprague Structural Solutions was the only one that seemed like a real reputable business. The other two were more one-man businesses who also did other projects, operating out of their truck on their cell with no other employees. For us and our investment, we wanted to really hire the best just in case we had any issues in the future. Although Sprague Structural Solutions happened to be the most expensive, I felt most comfortable that they would do the job correctly - and only one time needed to do it. They provided the best materials to educate myself on their processes, workmanship and warranties they offered. For both the appointments (surface sealant treatment and joint sealant application) a team of professionals came with a company branded covered trailer with specialty tools and various products for the surface pre-treatments and product applications. At that time I knew we made the right decision to hire this company that specializes in this work. Only time will tell how well the treatments will hold up - but it's nice to know that they are there and available should we have any questions or concerns in the future. Lastly, everyone we dealt with was very professional and friendly. It was a pleasure to do business with Sprague Structural Solutions and only wish that every business I deal with acted in the same way.

Ricardo seems to be the one in charge, but we were forced to deal with Leo and Joel and a few other random people. Leo straight up stopped responding to anyone after missing appointments and projects. My mom was taken advantage of by this company and their lack of professionalism. She expected a professional remodel by this company and the result was absolutely not professional looking or a job well done. very sloppy and lazy work. Basic common courtesy and manners are non existent. The work done was subpar even after they had workers come and "fix" the problems. stains left on our brand new carpet, gashes and scratches in walls from lack of care. Workers would lean and sit on our cars, leave their trash throughout our yard, they would use our toilet and then not flush. our mailbox is now lopsided because of whatever they used to run into backed into it. we have slops of paint on the brick of our house as well as the concrete. Yesterday they sent Vivianas Cleaning LLC to clean, and they did the worst possible job I can fathom. this person shoved our belongings into random places, lazily wiped off surfaces and then jammed a bunch of non dishwasher items into our already clean dishwasher and ran it AGAIN. The people this company contracts with are lazy, unreliable, unprofessional and overall I never want to deal with any of these people again. They will respond with excuses, so just find a different company and save yourself the headache. If you're looking for a professional company that cares and is proud of their work, this is NOT it.
