From the moment I arrived, they prioritized my situation and understood the urgency. Since it was a company vehicle, they needed approval before starting any work, and I'll never forget hearing one of the team members say, "We need to get her back on the road quickly." That level of care and urgency meant everything. They handled everything efficiently, got approval squared away, and had my tire changed in just 30 minutes. Very polite and very good at what they're doing if you're paying cash. I tried to set up an account for our farm and they couldn't do it without references which I understood but they had to be references from people that they knew. We were traveling through the area and woke up to a very low rear tire. We had a portable compressor and filled it and looked on the internet for a repair shop in the area. We found Willies was only 4/10 of a mile from our location and headed there immediately. We were greeted promptly and they took our vehicle into the shop right away. We were back on the road within 15 minutes. (They removed a nail) Everyone we encountered was friendly. Our cost was $12 which we thought very reasonable. There was coffee in the waiting area and the ladies restroom was very clean. We were on an 1870 mile trip so time was important but safety came first. Thanks to Willies we made it home with no further problems. We would highly recommend Willies. read more
