I returned in the morning and was greeted by the same gal and another employee. He explained that there was no way they would/could accommodate me. huh??! I explained that I had an appointment for now and I took the time to drive all the way here to just have the exterior washed. He again said they needed my truck for 3-4 hours still and there was no guarantee that they would be able to complete in that time. I even offered to give my number, aasking them to call me if they got a break in their schedule any day or time, I could be back within 15 minutes, nope, they were not interested. Whoa, I am quite certain they did not want to serve me as a customer. I have heard this same story at other businesses and will just need to accept this as the new business practice.
