Okay customer service but extremely overpriced. When paying for something to be fixed it shouldn't cost almost half the price of a new one. This is done to force people to buy new stuff because the mechanics aren't educated. read more

These guys go the extra mile and are very professional. They always return phone calls and answer questions. They never over charge, and complete work In a timely manner. There are lots of marine mechanics, I totally recommend Willies! read more

Willie's installed our Toyo stove years ago (can't remember the year it's been so long). We've always had them service it for the annual checkups. They recently stated every two years is fine now. So we had our two year check up last week. My husband was home while the tech serviced the stove. When I got home from work I noticed a dent in the top front portion of the stove and I asked my husband what happened. He said he didn't even notice it (well, he's a guy, so yeah, I believe him that he didn't notice it). I however, noticed it as soon as I looked at the Toyo. My husband called Willie's and told them about it and they were like, "you can't prove we did that and how do we know it wasn't like that before we even serviced it?" REALLY? That's how they deal with a loyal customer? They called me on 10/17 to tell me my bill is $209.64 for the Toyo maintenance. We paid the bill but we're done with Willie's; we'll have to find someone else to service our Toyo stove from now on. read more

I just purchased 20 foot Thunder Jet from Willie's Marine. I have zero prior boating experience and relied heavily on the staff's knowledge of boating to guide me through the process. The owner negotiated a very good deal on the boat and I am very happy with the package he put together for me and the final price we worked towards. Realizing I have little boating knowledge, he met me at the store on his day off to ensure the deal went through smoothly. The staff provided an onsite thorough orientation and answered all of my questions. It gets better-- the owner is taking my family and I out on the boat for our first run to make sure we are familiar with it this week. Amazing customer service and commitment to their mission. The CFO is working on offering winterization and storage rates which benefit customers who purchase marine craft from their store. I am very satisfied with this company and will utilize them for all marine services and future purchases. read more

Got a smoking deal on a new Klamath! Customer service was 5 star. What I was most impressed with was how knowledgeable the staff are at this shop. I am new to boating so I had a lot of questions.
