I am turning Kevin Sullivan into the BAR. Kevin lied to the court about trying to sue somebody for damages, including imaginary garage door locks, trying to be greedy. I have proof that he lied in a police report that there was never any garage door locks on the property after someone went into the garage plus there are tons of witnesses that Kevin is lying. Kevin would steal my father's tools out of our garage. While renting his property, he tried to tell my father that he could not see his daughter or grandson anymore. My dad has shattered ankles and Kevin would purposely not shovel the snow so my disabled father fell in the yard numerous occasions with his shattered ankles being stuck there for hours until the neighbors would pick him up. Kevin also made my dad pay for a hot tub, which he did not have available for my father to use. Do not trust this attorney.
