I appreciate that…read moreit's conveniently located, they typically run close to on schedule, and I rarely struggle to get an appointment. I went in recently for an emergency appt. In atypical fashion, my wait was much too long. Two people who arrived 15-30 minutes after me were taken to the back before me (even though I arrived before my appointment time). I was told I was waiting for a room to be available so I'm not sure why my wait was so long. Once in the back, the appointment ran fairly smoothly. The doctor was able to explain diagnose my issue quickly and send in an eye drop prescription for me that cleared it up. It worked well enough that I was able to cancel my follow-up appt a week later. The office is always clean and nicely organized. The staff is usually pleasant.

They are snake oil sales people disguised as an optometrist. Today I saw SEVEN people from the…read moretime I walked in until I was able to leave. They make you pay for an "optional" exam because the owner "believes" so much in the necessity of the exam. Never again! I highly recommend avoiding this practice. Find a good independent practitioner! I would give zero stars if that was an option.

When I went to pick my glasses up I was handed at the front desk not sat down to make sure they were great fit nothing and this was the same lady as well. He directed me to the Stockbridge Walmart to pick up a sample pair of contacts and then order the contacts if the samples worked out. He did not sign the prescription or print his prescribing number on it. it is a worthless piece of paper. This entire situation has taken me days on end to get nowhere. Do not use this Dr. He is worthless. Absolutely horrible.

She is very knowledgeable and breaks everything down in a way I'm able to understand. Not only did they NOT care they proceeded to charge me 110 for "restocking fee" although the glasses were incorrect over and over again. Dr. Samuels and her team are the reason I still have the ability to see. I had a very dangerous situation with my left eye that if not properly diagnosed could have left me blind in that eye. The doctor worked quickly to examine and get me the proper treatment to save my vision. Every time I have called for help with my vision her and the team have went always taken care of me. Give this location and try if you want great professional and friendly help. They also have a nice selection of glasses and sun glasses.
