But when I came back in after my exam with my partner I was not greeted nor helped for 10 minutes. After standing at the desk I was told to just be patient.. even though I didn't even say anything. After that I looked around at some frames and then returned to the desk where the associate said he was going on lunch so... After that a woman came in smelling particularly strong of weed and my partner and I were looked at and even heard comments that they thought it was us. Even though we had been in the store for about 25 mins before her..... Terrible experience

Confirmed this with receptionist when I made the appointment. I was expecting the usual, comprehensive eye exam with dilation. My co pay for this exam should be $10 per my plan. When I arrived for my appointment I gave the vision card and my ID. I was then asked for my medical coverage card. I gave it but didn't really understand the need for it. I was then called back to the window to hear that my exam would be $160.00 in case there were a medical issue to be determined. I had not even seen a doctor at this point and had no diagnosis to warrant medical attention but my Met Life coverage was being excluded. I did not stay for the appointment and reported to Met Life my experience. Ask all the questions before you make an appointment and get this run around.

Customer service could be so much better. First APPOINTMENT attempt:…read moreThere are two locations, I picked the one closet to me. The appt. was for my son, get the time and date. I get my son there 3-5mins. late, by the time I park, he is coming out saying we're at the wrong office. I go in to let the young lady know this was the office number I called and scheduled his appt. moving on, I asked can she call the other office and let them know I'm on the way and explain why I'm late, because I was under the impression his appt. was going to be there. She told me to get the number office the door and pick the other store name. Arrive there, send my son in, and by the time I park again(mind you the lady who would not call for me is walking through the parking lot)he's coming out to tell me they literally just took him off the schedule and told us we would need to call to schedule a new appt.... not let me reschedule you now. We may have arrived at the 2nd office 15mins. or so late. I was furious... all the waisted driving, that could have been avoided if when I made the appt. they verified the location or her calling for me. Second APPOINTMENT: The young lady was fairly dry in tone. Not much personality, I had to speak once walking in, not greeted upon walking in. They don't have a large frames selection but the do have top name brand frames. She points to the waiting area and there we waited and waited for quite some time before he was called to the back. I can say the eye doctor was very nice and very informative. I felt as though it was a pretty thorough appointment. I had talked about there selection and it was very limited for my son, he found some and as basic and no name as they were , the one pair cost me 325.00. This wasn't my worst but definitely not my best experience with a business that I pay my money for the service.

Disgusting and discriminatory treatment. The front office lady was openly judgmental,…read morecondescending, and treated us as if we did not belong there or could not afford anything in the store. The way we were spoken to and dismissed was clear profiling and discrimination, and it made the entire visit extremely uncomfortable. Her attitude was lazy, rude, and unprofessional. She refused to make even a basic effort to look up my prior years' information in their system and acted irritated that she had to do her job at all. There was zero customer service--just contempt and arrogance. To make matters worse, the eyewear selection was laughably bad. Very limited options that looked no better than Walmart frames, except priced at 10 times more with absolutely nothing to justify the markup. This business should be ashamed of how customers are treated. I would never recommend this place to anyone and would not return under any circumstances -- not even if they offered free glasses.
