Aarti is an EOE nurse whom I communicate with often has made me feel content leaving my baby, Courtney makes me feel comfortable too and she I think is the schools LVN? I could be wrong though but she works with my baby too throughout the day. I also feel even more content when my daughter comes home and tells me about her day and has nothing bad to say. Seems like their students are all well behaved and respectful. My daughter's teacher even sends me emails here and there with updates regarding her day and behavior which is another stress reliever. Golden Hills Private School in El Dorado Hills is a standout option for families seeking both…read morestrong academics and a true sense of community. After having my kids attend for many years, we've consistently been pleased with the education they receive, along with the personal, hands-on approach that comes from being a smaller school. One of the things we value most is how much the school supports character building. Both of my children have grown not only in their learning, but also in their confidence, values, and overall development. The small class sizes allow for meaningful attention, and the personal relationships students form with teachers and the head of school, really make a difference. My wife and I would highly recommend anyone taking the time to check out the Golden Hills program. It's a phenomenal school experience.

The school holds themself as the best school in rancho, however, they need a better system for drop off / pick ups. This mess creates an environment where kids are going to get hurt. Maybe only until a kid gets ran over by a car will they start to do something. I have spoken to most of my neighbors on ambassador and they have complained and reached out to the school with the same concerns. Yet the school has done nothing to fix this issue.

All parents beware of Russle Ranch Staff Member!!…read more I'm absolutely appalled this staff member is even allowed to be working along children and parents. Description of staff member a woman with gray tinker bell hair cut in her late 60s. Today I was picking my kindergartener up from school. I'm fully aware we are NOT allowed to leave our vehicles unattended. However, my child's class dismissal area was not even a foot away from my vehicle from where I was standing near my passenger door. I stood there so the could see I was present and the teacher would release my them to me where I could load my child into the car. They cannot open a SUV car door by themselves due to size. This person started yelling at all the families standing in the area saying "whose vehicle is this?" Which I understand why she was calling that question out. But this is where it went all wrong! I told her it is mine while I had my child in hand as I walked them to the car door. I was telling my child to hurry up because she was angry. And she overheard me saying that & she starts to argue to me in front of my kid as I'm strapping them into the car seat. As I begin to pull away there was two vehicles ahead of me, which were completely stopped and I motion to her to tell them to move as well, because she was screaming at me prior and I wasn't even blocking traffic. This lady proceeds to come up to my passenger window where I roll my window down to speak to her, and she proceeded to start screaming at me in front of my child. Instead of her acknowledging me and making it known to the other vehicles that they need to move also. She ended up screaming at me for the second time which this time I wasn't calm. I had to roll up my window because my child was absolutely frightened by how aggressive she was!!!!! Please note all the other families standing near my car heard her hostile tone she had out the gate towards me instead of being professional. All she has to do is tell me calmly the first time that I can't leave my car and that would of been the end of it. But because she decided to choose violence here I am leaving a honest review so families know the type of employees they hire here. I'm going to reach out to the district next because this is disgusting. Do better!

Our children have always been treated respectfully and kindly while receiving an exceptional education. Their education extends beyond the standard curriculum to art, music, grace and courtesy. Calling a school "Montessori" doesn't assure quality or traditional Montessori education. Sundance has give us that, plus a sense of community. If you're considering Montessori schools, look in to what a true Montessori classroom should look like before you start touring. You wont be disappointed with Sundance!

This preschool's website has misspellings and incorrect grammar on almost every page and some…read moreparagraphs failing to make any sense at all. I implore the site mgr to correct this above all things - this is a school for heaven's sake. I have info packets from four local Montessori programs laid out in front of me and not one mirror such strict and dare I say prestigious policies. Sundance has mandatory "volunteer" hours or you must pay an "opt out" fee. A very unfriendly withdrawal policy (Note a 30 day notification necessary - not including weekends and holidays, holidays which are not counted although you pay for might I add. This is just one among a very long, twisting list of roadblocks to getting your money back). Also the most expensive registration, materials and app fees of any Montessori in the area as best as my research can tell. The absolute clincher for me is the application process. I'm afraid with no other Montessori do they project such a prestigious attitude about "invitation" requirements to register after teacher/director/parent/child interviews and nonrefundable fees, of which it's stated constantly "is not a guarantee of acceptance." What could possibly be on a toddlers application that would constitute refusal? I can only conclude they are judging in other areas of which I do not dare to guess. After researching this school I come away with an impression of a historic university including their policies and prices. This is PRESCHOOL after all. Ever so sorry about the negative review. I would like it known my review does not impose opinion upon this institution's teachers, their abilities in their profession and/or dedication to it. My issues rely on the business sector of this preschool only. I invite members of staff here to contact me and correct any of my misconceptions.
