Nearly 18 years ago, when moving to Troy area, we hired so many different sprinkler services. Sadly, we were pretty discouraged by being overcharged for satisfactory work, at best. In one instance, a sprinkler wall unit was replaced, mounted with screws, but without dry-wall-inserts. When reporting back, the next day, that the wall unit was improperly installed, unstable, and moving out of place, they corrected the problem, but billed us, when questioned why the charge? He stated: "A service charge, for coming out". The following spring, after receiving an ad from Royal Lawn Sprinkler, so we decided to give them try, and couldn't be happier. Mark and Linda are an impressive married couple, who work fast and efficiently as a team. They're reliable, trustworthy sending reminder-flyers twice a year. They call before the appointed time, and if they're working in the community, they've been known to call ahead of schedule. If ever there's a problem, after finishing a job, they'll come back to fix it, free of charge, or if charged, only for the needed part. All their work has been completed in an exemplary manner, satisfaction guaranteed, along with their reasonable and very competitive rates. Btw, recently, when repairing a sprinkler pipe, Mark was thoughtful enough to push the dirt and flowers back in place; it's unexpected, and greatly appreciated.
