Around 2017 that all changed, the Cookie became Overloaded with sugar, I called and was told Yes that the recipe had changed with more added sugar. Why?? From what I have been told the Cookies, and other baked items are delivered to the View Ridge Store. About once a year since 2017, I get My hopes up, that the Cranberry Orange Oatmeal cookie will be what it was, moist and delicious with the orange and cranberry-But You can visually see the white encrusted sugar-this Deletes the Cranberry and Orange. A few weeks ago there were 2 in the case, they looked dry, with the obvious whitish baked sugar in the dough. The cookie was dry, and total Overload of Sugar, No flavor from the Cranberry and Orange-A Real Disappointment. Why did the recipe change, with the Increased sugar?? Can the Recipe return to the Original Cranberry Orange Oatmeal cookie Incarnation?? The Original Recipe was moist and flavorful. The High Amt of sugar Ruins what was once an Excellent cookie.
