Shannon and his helper (didn't get His name) came at the right time. Shannon was very proficient in his job as was the helper. They answered all of my questions, and went beyond getting my tank emptied and cleaned out. The cost was reasonable and a good value for the job at hand. I highly recommend Westin Services to anyone needing septic services.

Overpriced and don't do the job correctly. Had them out to my house 3 different times to fix a…read moreproblem and 2 of the times the solution was "the screen needs to be cleaned and it need to be pumped..." twice in a year with a system that should only need to be pumped once every 2-3 at most leaving me with an over $300 bill each of those times. Same problem happened yet again and got another company out, Williams Septic Solutions, and they came after dark and stayed until after 10 at night to fix it properly. Come to find out the system probably hasn't been properly pumped in the last 2 years even though Morrison's did it twice in 2016. Williams took things apart and inspected and found where there was stoppages and clogs and what needed cleaned out that has never been tended to. This was all at a fraction of the price of one Morrison pump visit (always their answer it seems)... At the price I was charged at the number of times they came out for the same issue, there should have been more investigation to it. Not just, "oh the screen is just dirty... and it should be pumped"

I replied "nothing we just figured it needed servicing since we just bought the house", and they said "no, if it's not giving you any problems you don't service them. Very honest people.
