So we called All About Plumbing in Fairhope , AL. It took the plumber from All About Plumbing 3 times to get the right part, so each time we had to meet him there. After 3 very quick visits of screwing up, he fixed it on the 3rd time, in a short period of time. We were charged over $300, even though the part was very inexpenive. Not sure why this company has any good reviews, I found them to be inept and ripped us off for their own ineptness. Again, my husband could have done this but instead, we paid over $300 for this "supposedly" professional business.

I was told my field lines were failing. On my invoice it said they pumped which they did not. Contacted owner and was told I would get half the inspection fee back because he had to dispose of the waste, which none was ever pumped out. Haven't heard anything since. Cannot and will not recommend, but definitely have a better recommendation if someone needs it.

I have used Roto-Rooter in Mobile many times in the past. They have done good work although the…read moreprices are more than most others. I always pay because the can get to you quickly. The last experience was very bad. I ordered leak detection. Cost was $300. They found the leak. I paid to have it repaired $1500. However, the plumbers caped the wrong line and I still had a leak. I called and they suggested that it was a new leak and that I should replumb the entire house, which would cost over $10,000. I called American leak detection, they charged $300 to come out and found the original leak still running. I paid them $2000 to repair it. I did call Roto Rooter and they admitted the mistake and refunded the $1500. They did not refund the leak detection (so I ended up paying 2 companies for that) In the end. The leak was fixed, however, Roto -Rooter capped the line to my sinks and I had to pay another plumber $650 to make the repair from their error. I have had a rough couple of months with the water but hopefully things are all better now. It was a very bad experince and it could have costed me much much money if I would have taken thier advice.
