I understand guiding folks through techniques, but his manner was rude and unnecessary. This was after I waited for him over 30 minutes after my cleaning. A week or so ago I received what I thought was an erroneous email saying I needed to call to reschedule. I received a similar email this morning. Here's what it said: "This is your Aspen Dental care team. We apologize for the short notice, but we need to reschedule your upcoming visit. Give us a call today and we'll get you back on the books." On May 24, 2025 everything seemed fine as I received an email saying "see you for your cleaning soon!" Things changed fast! I called, but the receptionist told me that they aren't simply rescheduling. They are canceling all patient's appointments. They no longer have a doctor and are short at least one hygienist. I inquired when this situation would be resolved and she was unsure. She then suggested I call the offices in Clovis or Roswell, as well as Lubbock, Odessa, and Midland, TX. These destinations are over 90-120 miles away from Hobbs. What a huge disappointment in service and communication.

I had a appointment ONLY TO TALK TO THEM, where they basically just looked at my X-ray from Denman, pointed at the screen and explained for just 5 minutes what they'd do, they charged me $300 for talking to them, and was gonna charge me $3000 for the surgery. They told me I would have to pay full, and if I don't have money to get a credit card, but I'm already paying a card. I said fuck that and went back to Denman where they did it for $400.
