With the hopes of qualifying as a candidate for Invisalign, I managed an appoint on December 30, 2025. At first it started off rocky with the receptionist, but I filled out the hard copy of paperwork AGAIN that I already did on the Smile Doctor app. I guess the two entities do not communicate with each other. My treatment coordinator, Anne, delivered amazing professionalism and patience. Dr. Sperry was great. Also very professional and explained everything well for me. I laughed when my next representative told me I had to wait until my next appointment for the scanner since I have an iPhone 17. My top teeth in particular are not super crooked, but definitely not straight either. I'm just finally taking the time to improve them. I hope the entire process goes as great as this appointment did. Clean ortho areas and restroom. Ample parking out front.

The staff were excellent! Everyone in that office gave something to ensure my daughters comfort. They were so helpful and understanding of her situation. And Dr.Reddy DDS did such beautiful work. My daughter actually smiles now. She's no longer in pain or embarrassed. Also, she has no fear of this particular dentist and will be seeing him from now on. Only 2 people were in front of me and it was an early appointment (8:30am) Usually they call you the first time to get an X-ray and then you go again wait in the waiting area. I was burdened with Fluorosis most of my life. The cruelty was brutal. Countless people have no idea what that is. Fluorosis is when fluoride levels are so high that it stains your teeth brown. I've always brushed my teeth. I couldn't help that the fluoride levels were high. He was able to reschedule me quickly to polish up my two front teeth. I am sharing a before/after photo. This office changed my life. I'm forever grateful!

The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. She checked me in quickly and I was taken back in no time. The LPN and medical assistant were also friendly and they quickly got me seen and ordered me my meds. Service was great and fast! Will definitely make this my go to urgent care spot from now on. I was a bit desperate because I was lethargic, congested, miserable, unable to breath normal, and I had that feeling of "infection." Certified nurse practitioner Juditt Cruz to the rescue! She agreed I most likely had an infection. Most likely a sinus infection because that's been a thing in my past. After being tested with the * lovely * long Q-tips up both of my nostrils and one to the back of my throat, everything else tested negative. After a steroid to basically my buttocks (not the hip like she said!), Z-Pak (azithromycin), and the recommendation to take Cetirizine (Zyrtec) for the next two weeks, I felt amazingly better. Ms. Cruz had wonderful bedside manner. From now on I would not hesitate to see her if my usual doctor cannot. Her very young nursing assistant sent me for a good laugh soon after administering the aforementioned steroid shot into my 44-year-old soft tissue... I exaggerate a bit, but this assistant delivered the following semi back door compliment, "I hope I look as good as you when I'm that old." Baaaaahahahaha...
