They were very kind and helpful on the phone and it sounded as though they would be a great choice for the flowers for my mother in laws service. I was a little surprised when they told me that funeral sprays START at $200 but agreed to the price because I wanted something really nice for sons' grandmother. I gave them my credit card over the phone and they agreed to send me pictures once the spray was done. Imagine my surprise when my son sent me pics of the flowers that he received at the service. First, I was surprised that the florist hadn't sent me the pictures they'd promised. But when I saw the pictures I realized why-- they had sent a BOUQUET of flowers and not a SPRAY of flowers to the service. When I called to complain they offered to make the spray and send it but this was after the service and too little too late. They asked me what they could do and I said refund me the difference as I paid way too much for a bouquet of flowers. They did refund me $50 so I essentially got a beautiful bouquet for $50 more than the nicest version I could have purchased online. I would not call this florist to order directly and instead use teleflora or 800 flowers where you see exactly what you get as you order it.

I placed the order online for a $80-$100 "Beautiful" category arrangement and noted that I would like for it to include some roses. Within 45 minutes, I received a call from Jeanne who informed me that roses meant it will be on the higher end so $100. I told her that was fine. She then proceeded to tell me about peach and yellow roses that she had along with small white spray roses. She seemed somewhat distracted; I could hear some background noise as she was asking other staff about what flowers arrived that morning. When I received the picture of what was delivered, I was very disappointed. There were no peach or yellow roses; only some small white spray roses and others flowers that I felt didn't warrant the $100 price tag (see pic). I called and spoke to Jeanne again. She said there was a misunderstanding and that she told me this morning they DIDN'T have any peach or yellow roses. Ummm....ok. She also said she should have told me their arrangements start at $100. She asked if I wanted for them to go get the bouquet back. Seriously?! Who does that?! Clearly she can sense that I wasn't happy so she offered a make-up 3-rose bouquet. Apparently, 6 roses start at $75 so that was not going to happen. I appreciated the gesture and ask for it to be sent the following week. I understand everything is more expensive nowadays due to inflation but I guess spending $125 on flowers won't get you as much as you think...atleast not at ABF.

My friend lives in Wenatchee so I googled a flower shop in the area and came across this gem. I…read morefilled out their questionnaire on their website and the next morning got a very nice and helpful phone call from a someone that works there. She explained that they can put together a nice spring bouquet, how much it'll cost, that delivery will be that afternoon, and all I had to do was to provide payment over the phone. Then she confirmed the delivery address and phone number of the person it was to and asked if there was any additional message I wanted to add. She said my credit card will be charged later this afternoon, and an invoice will be emailed to me. Although the invoice never came to my email (perhaps wrong email address?), my credit card was charged by Apple Blossom Floral for the amount she had said, and my friend received a beautiful arrangement waiting for her when she came home from work that evening. The entire process was super easy and the woman that called me was very pleasant and nice.

She made this beautiful arrangement (in all pinks), for a reasonable price, met me at the graveside and displayed them beautifully for our small memorial service. She even took a moment to ask about my mother, yo inquire how how I was doing while giving me a kind hug. Larissa made the process and arrangement easy and her artistry in flowers is beautiful ! And now there will be an investigation to figure out who stole my medical records trying to keep my heart condition from being diagnosed. This is what happens when addictions and mental illness goes untreated. I don't know who all stole from me, but I do know my siblings have lied, stolen and cheated me for decades. They used my parents dementia to attempt to write me out of the family. My bro George as well and we were stuck home raising them. They always blamed us for their crimes. Still are. Do not trust this Flower Shop. They used my card and then my brothers name for decades of flowers to my Mama. After daddy died as he once told me she deserved flowers everyday as she was his Cadillac Mama. Classy and beautiful! My Mama died and this owner also a Stetner claimed she doesn't know me at all. I was introduced to her by my sister-in-law Karen Steiner Ronish in her shop. Why I thought I could trust her. Little did I know one cannot trust a Stetner nor my bro ! I have my credit card still. However, now that they also appeared to have switched out my medical records, the case of my personal and medical records hacking for ransom is a fine of $250K plus 5-20 years in jail. Reimbursement for all medical expenses falsified as mine since 2009. Minus the flowers since she did get them! I did NOT get proper medical care as they were lying to everyone about my very real heart disease since birth! My insane relatives tried to cause me heart failure not realizing I am a Holistic Minister ordained with Universal Life Church now! You can fool some of the people some of the time, but one can NEVER CON GOD! I counted on this florist and she not only let me down, but helped my siblings steal from me for decades! Cannot recommend this florist. She gave my flowers as my brother's in an attempt to write me out of the will. My parents loved all six of their children and loved everyone of our children and grandchildren as well. This is what happens when addictions and mental illness goes untreated for decades. Turns into early onset dementia. Which apparently has just hit the third generation in my family. I turned to holistic healing and specialize in Hypnotherapy for PTSD. Teaching what I know from acquired knowledge from experience and education! God's love is healing.
