She put us in a room asking about "tissue donation" she was pushy and insensitive. She made us feel uncomfortable. She talked so much and so long she was rambling like she was on something. Like I said, everyone else was nice. The clinic was clean, the people were friendly. I feel bad they work for her by the way she was talking to them and about them!

I received a nice follow up phone call from Mona the next day as she was still very concerned and wanted to make sure all was well. I don't understand the bad reviews other than you can't Pease every one and the haters are probably weirdos anyway. Only suggestion I have is maybe a little bigger and more comfy waiting room. This is a wonderful man who got me through my pregnancy without a hitch. Never for a moment did I wonder if I was in the best hands. I knew. I switched to him halfway through and was very pleased I did. He is about as experienced as they come and has really good instincts. He might rush out of the exam room but that is so you can get dressed and meet him in his office.. there you can sit down in a more comfortable setting and take all the time you need discussing results and concerns. I will return to him for my next child. (Hopefully he won't retire by then!) I would strongly recommend him to friends and family.

I had asked for a longer appointment time than the usual 15 minutes (so they scheduled me for 30 minutes). He was irritated at that, at the number of issues I have, at everything I said. He told me he can only address 3 issues per visit (even though I had a longer than normal appointment), told me (twice) that he wouldn't take me as his patient. He claimed that he had seen me for more than 30 minutes when it had only been about 15. Every interaction was an argument. He has apparently forgotten the vow he took when he got his M.D.: "Do no harm". If you want patient care, look for a different doctor.

Maybe 4 years then an agent there told me if "we" haven't figured it out in one year, you don't owe anything. Good riddance Franciscans!!! Can't wait for Medicare for All.
