Let's be realistic. Walmart is Walmart. This rating is not levied against another store but is…read morerated against all the Walmarts I've ever been in. This one is highly organized, the staff are professional and friendly, and I usually get what I need 98% of the time. Yes they do rotate stock too often. I'll get used to something I like and then it disappears; but, that's what they do. They opened up a Dollar General nearby and Walmart still saves me money despite the ten mile trip. If they don't have what I need I'll order it from Amazon or go to Tulsa.

This Walmart has been a real blessing, when ours in Muskogee fails the task of not having it in stock.(which honestly is often). Thanks for having what I needed tonight, we will definitely be back.

Award Winning Meats and Jerky!…read more I stumbled across Ralph's a few years ago after buying some of their jerky at the local Ressor's ! It was impressively good. It is made in Perkins, Oklahoma at their processing plant. We frequently drive through Perkins and I had to stop and check out their retail store. It is a good sized meat market with a huge offering of fresh, frozen and processed meats and sausage. I have tried most of their sausage. It is of extremely high quality. They have frozen meat and fresh cuts of delicious looking beef and pork! Bring an ice chest and load up. Their regular beef jerky is exceptional. It has the industry awards to back that up. What I really like about it is that it has a wonderful taste without using any Nitrates! It is good! I am hooked on Ralph's Packing products!

I used to love Reasors - before they sold out. Now, while the stores are typically clean and well…read morestocked, which is the reason I go there when I am in Broken Arrow (from Muskogee), they are EXPENSIVE. I get sticker shock every time I step in a Reasors. Before they sold out they were not nearly as pricy compared to ALDI or Walmart. We like to get certain things at Reasors, but these things have gone downhill: Kabobs - they are TINY now, which doesn't make sense since they are sold by the pound? We have to buy twice as many of the new childrens' sized kabobs to make a meal. The selection of pork products: fewer options and the chops/ steaks they carry are the more expensive "white meat" or butterfly cuts. I used to stock up on their pork when I came to town, but not now. It wasn't much cheaper than beef, and we all know what that costs... Here is an example on how over-priced they are: I was at the Aspen store yesterday and a 42oz container of Quaker Old Fashioned Oatmeal was an utterly ridiculous $6.49!! I looked it up online just now and the same product at Walmart is $2.98. ALDI's brand is $3.99 (for online shopping). It's disappointing how Brookshire Grocery has ruined what used to be a true home town grocery store chain.
