The retail area has a large number of freezers and they are typically full of a variety of products. My last trip I went to buy a rib roast for xmas dinner but I ended walking out with even more stuff from a frozen turkey breast and some hatch chili brats to a variety of snack stix. Everything I have ever bought here has been top quality but even more important, what you buy there directly helps the local economy. Local ranchers and farmers generate the meat/produce and the money goes to them. Prices are VERY competetive compared to the city and surrounding area, especially for the quality. They also do wild game processing, although Yelp doesn't seem to have a category for that. Beggs ain't that far away from Tulsa that you can't make the drive for superior meat, especially around the holidays.

I was able to make up a "Quit Stressing Out" gift bag for a friend with Badger stress relief, Skinny Dipped single serve items, and more healthy snack options. I want to return to try some of the Sunday Gravy and Italian BBQ sauce from another vendor. I also saw organic maple syrup (reasonably priced). There is also a freezer full of farm-to-table meats. Growing up in this part of the country I knew about Braums but my have they changed. Anyway she wanted some ice cream and we saw Braums and decided to check it out. What a surprise we had. A fairly decent selection of ice cream. But we decided to have a mixer which is frozen yogurt mixed with some kind of topping (kinda like a blizzard but less on options). To my surprise it was pretty good. In fact so good we took daughter and grandson with us (they are from East coast too) the next day when they wanted ice cream.
