When my mother needed some work done on her rental property, I referred her to him. Long story short, Garry was less than reliable while completing the work for my mother. He was late several times when they were scheduled to meet at the property and although she spent more than 2k with him, he wanted to charge her an additional $150 to repair a gap between the tile and baseboard that was very obvious when he had finished the job. While he admitted that he would not want something like that in his own home when asked, he refused to fix it without the additional charge. Really??? I find that ridiculous. What happened to customer service? No more referrals for this company.
