It was a long journey towards getting my implants but It was one of the best dental experience I've ever had. His entire staff are warm, welcoming, Knowledgable and friendly people. Dr Solar has maintain an extreme level of professionalism as well as a great bed side manners. His network of referrals consist of some of the most skilled professionals in the dental field. Thanks to Dr Solar I can now eat crunchy food without fear of my gums getting cut up.

Everyone there from the office staff, the hygienists, and Dr. Solar himself are incredibly nice and very gentle. When I had my wisdom teeth pulled, Dr. Solar was so gentle that I swear I didn't even know he pulled them out. I've also had a dental appliance made to prevent teeth-grinding in my sleep, and all the routine cleanings and x-rays. Scheduling is easy, they are very flexible and always give a reminder courtesy call about upcoming appointments. I moved to Palm Harbor and I still make the drive down to Largo for my dental appointments. That says a lot.

She gave me realistic time frames for my dental issues. But made it clear it was a journey we were going to take together! Let's face it, who likes to go to the dentist. Certainly not me. The process involved three visits and could not have been more stress-free and comfortable. Although not done for cosmetic reasons, it mattered greatly to me that my appearance would not be changed and that the end result would preserve my original, natural smile. I could not be more pleased by the end result. I still have my unique smile without any suggestion of having had "anything done" except, perhaps, for an enhancement that has definitely restored a more youthful appearance. Thank you, Dr. O'Neal. Noel, dental tech, may be competent but has decided a brusque, apparent uncaring manner works best - following Kayla's lead?. Erika the receptionist, is apparently new, and although personable, must follow along with the abuse. Beth, office manager... they say " the fish stinks from the head", it seems to be the case, Smart and doesn't care, it's like talking to a wall. She is unwilling to concede there might be a problem nor do anything about a customer concern.

She surprisingly told that she WOULD NOT DO THAT but she would mute the sound, weirdly stating that she "needed to Stay Informed" AND I could just KEEP MY EYES SHUT. I did not pursue my request further but kept my eyes closed for the cleaning. After all, she had sharp tools in my mouth and FEAR is an effective motivator. What's really sad is I believe Dr. Warner, for whatever reason, has given his permission for this particular hygienist to watch whatever she wants in HER area and that the TV was NOT necessarily there for the patient's relaxation. This strange situation is certainly inconsistent with my prior professional impression of Dr.Warner and not an environment I wish to revisit. Seems Pinellas sent X-rays from 12/22, but not most recent 2/24! New clinic wouldn't have taken X-rays had Pinellas Dental sent what they should have. So, not only was I dropped after 15 years, their negligence requires me to pay for X-rays that need not have been taken.
