She was dismissive of my health concerns, possibly because I'm younger than the typical NEMS patient. When I shared my symptoms, she brushed them off, even commenting, "You have so many concerns, it's like you're implying you have cancer," and was eager to move on quickly. When I mentioned mental health issues and history, she was against antidepressant use and initially refused to refill a prescription. At my follow-up appointment two weeks later, she didn't remember seeing me before and seemed surprised that I was there. Her bedside manner was also lacking--she was rough during the examination, and her long, sharp nails, even through gloves, poked and irritated my skin. Her reviews pre covid made her seem like a good PCP choice for me, but if you're a younger patient she might not treat you seriously.

I had visited a holistic doctor back a few months ago, but really didn't feel the warm fuzzies from her---like you should when you are putting your health in someone's hands. Dr. Luong was fantastic. She didn't keep me waiting at all, and her staff was very professional and polite. Her bedside manner was phenomenal, and she went over what could be wrong with me---listing options I had. She asked me a bunch of questions regarding my habits and symptoms of my current state. I am so glad that I found her! She prescribed some meds for me right away, and as a precaution told me to check in with her in a couple days. What a difference :) Just an FYI: 2 hour Parking is best on Telegraph---as it is not really available on Webster.

I've been to doctor's offices in which I've felt very rushed, and seem to only get 5 minutes before the doctor is out the door, and so have been so happy with One Medical Group. In addition, the space itself feels as though you've entered a spa, with natural light pouring in, a flask of water in the waiting room and friendly, helpful people at the front desk who are always on top of the insurance companies, advocating to make sure they will cover a procedure. Best Doctor Ever!!!…read more I have had the best care by Dr. Nadella. She is the first Doctor that actually listen to me. She gives a personal touch to her practice. She always gets back to me and is available to answer my questions. I am against the western medicine mindset to prescribe drugs to fix the symptoms but not actually address the illness.... and cure the problem, SHE actually recommend a holistic Doctor for me to go see! Can you believe that! She listen and prescribed what I believe in. She allowed me to do a natural approach first. We agreed if it did not give us the results were were looking for we would discuss other methods of treatment. Dr. Nadella, during my appointment gave me information to help me on my road to healing my body. I am not talking about handing me one or two pamphlets and rushing me out the door. She gave me information that she had researched on her own and had put together for her patients to use. She also asked me what had been working for me and what Websites that I go to for my information. She was gathering information from me to possibly help her other patients. I LOVE this! I recommend One Medical and Dr. Nadella. I always receive 5 star treatment. Yes, it cost a bit more; however, there service is definitely worth it!

Upon reading my review, Metropolitan Medical Group contacted me and offered to investigate the situation. They responded quickly and made every effort to make things right. That's excellent customer service, and I greatly appreciate that! As it turns out, the issue was with the insurance company's labeling of the charge, and my spending of similar $ amounts in the same time frame that threw me off. -------------------------------- On a last minute appointment with the Metropolitan Medical Group, I decided to see Dr. Dinenberg because he was the first available that day. He was friendly and overall, a nice guy. As a doctor, he had good bedside manner and was patient. He listened to my problem, checked it up, and then explained to me what the problem could be and referred me to a specialist at California Pacific Medical Center. He lent me crutches, which he also spent several minutes explaining how to use, only allowing me to leave with them after I could do several laps in the hallway first. I would recommend the Metropolitan Medical Group to those seeking a medical professional. They are available for last-minute appointments, which is pretty important considering these are appointments re: your health!

I've been seeing Dan Dinenberg for the past 2 1/2 years and he's the best! The quality of care that I get from Dan and One Medical is fantastic. Everyone should have access to such great care. I have so many good things to say...this is going to be a long review. First off, upon joining up and my initial evaluation Dan and his team identified an underlying medical issue that had been the source of other issues that had gone undiagnosed for MANY MANY years. The level of attention, listening, dot connecting and then coordination across Dan's team that went on in the matter of a short time was amazing. He has both western and eastern medial training allowing him to look at things from multiple points of view. He doesn't seem to have an arrogant bone in his body. He listens, he's patient, empathetic, realistic, curious and a very good communicator and educator. He doesn't pretend to know more than he does, he leverages the expertise of other MDs in the practice when needed. This means I get the benefit of lots of care, experience and perspective for the best outcome possible. Though I don't expect him to remember details about me amidst all of his patients, he remembers little things that make the interactions feel personal. Not only can I make same day appointments (though he might not be the MD that I see) but when I had an urgent need after-hours I had the option to leave him a message on his cell phone versus the on-call. He called me back at 11pm and did realtime scheduling with me for a follow-up appointment. He's very considerate of cost implications and whether or not you have insurance when advising you on approaches though he always makes the medical necessity/bottom line clear. If I've ever walked away and thought of another quick question, I've always been able to email him to clarify which is super helpful. Lastly, I love that I can do lab work form their offices versus going elsewhere. Couldn't be happier with Dan Dinenberg and One Medical.
