He's a good listener, too. Seth has helped my husband successfully gain control of his Rheumatoid arthritis without drugs and he is now in remission. I had been to countless doctors over the years trying to find a cause for my ongoing fatigue and muscle pain. Seth was the only medical professional who took the time to dig deep and tried to find a root cause. He is also the only medical professional that tested me for Lyme disease. Unfortunately, that came back positive. He's been overseeing my treatment and I am making progress. Words can't express how much we appreciate Seth and the work he's doing. He has positively impacted our lives and we are grateful for him.

He has helped me with my health issues and is responsive on the portal and in appointments. We had a terrible experience with Dr. Ondash at this location. If you are looking for a quick…read morereview on whether to go to this place or use Dr. Ondash as your family physician, I'd strongly recommend against seeing him. Go to another physician or a different company/location altogether. My wife wanted to get a check up and some blood-testing work due to not having done so in quite some time. In addition, she was concerned about a certain condition as she had been experiencing symptoms and wanted to double check. Against medical practice, the nurse attempted to diagnose her as "needing more sleep" prior to the doctor even entering the room. The nurse proceeded to go outside and joke with the other nurses and doctor that my wife thinks she has a condition and doesn't know what she's talking about. Dr. Ondash entered the room with a very abrasive and condescending manner immediately (probably because he was making fun of my wife with the nurse and had already summed us up as "stupid" or something). He began a rapid fire series of questions and rolled his eyes at my wife's answers. He was very short and immediately disregarding any symptoms she pointed out and treating us like we were dramatic and/or stupid. Side note: it's funny he thinks we were "stupid" as I have a graduate degree from Johns Hopkins and my wife is attending medical school herself. This is not to brag, but to demonstrate that you should treat people respectfully as you never know their background or who they are. Dr. Ondash proceeded to ask my wife where she is attending medical school and what year she is in. After answering, he scoffs and rolls his eyes and turns away. I'm wondering what this has to do with us being at the doctor to get her symptoms and health checked upon? On top of all of this, Dr. Ondash proceeds to "check" her heart inside of her shirt (near her breast). He obtained consent to listen to her heart inside of her shirt but did not obtain consent to lift her bra. I know for a fact it is required for physicians to ask and let the patient know what they are doing beforehand with regards to that. If someone forgets or it was an accident, that is understandable, however, when Dr. Ondash touched her like that on top of the condescending, unprofessional behavior it was appalling. He then goes on to dismiss all of her symptoms and concerns in a condescending manner. Again, insinuating that we are stupid or dramatic. He begrudgingly says he will do a blood test but that it probably won't show anything (1. how the heck does he know 2. we are paying for this test, why is he so angry about us trying to get a blood test?). The entire experience seems to border on medical malpractice. The entirety of our first time visit to this place with Dr. Ondash was bizarre, unprofessional and discourteous. I would tell anyone I know to avoid Dr. Ondash for any type of medical needs. I'm not sure if the entire Premium Family Physicians company is like this, or other physicians at this location, but Dr. Ondash is definitely someone to steer clear from if you're looking for medical assistance. I don't remember the name of the nurse who mocked us, but a physician should know better and be more ethical than to dismiss and mistreat a patient. It was such a bad experience, we will be communicating and seeking some kind of repercussion from the higher ups at the company for this situation.
