DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! My mom paid almost $3,000 for a laser treatment that was recommended to her by…read morethe esthetician (Chloe), who confidently told her it would be a "one and done" treatment. She even said that if any dark spots remained, they would be taken care of at the follow‑up appointment 4-6 weeks later. She made it sound like the results would be amazing once the skin peeled and healed, so we trusted her. After the first treatment, my mom's forehead and chin looked a bit brighter, but the dark spots on her cheeks were still exactly the same--no improvement at all. I reassured my mom that it would be okay because they had promised to treat any remaining spots at the follow‑up. But when she went to her follow‑up appointment today, they suddenly changed the story. They told her that treating both cheeks was not included, and that the follow‑up only covered one small freckle on each side. They then tried to sell her another full treatment for the cheeks--after the first one didn't work in the first place. When I reminded the esthetician that she had said "one and done," she backtracked and claimed that "one and done" sometimes means up to three treatments--something she never mentioned before taking my mom's money. This feels like a scam. They expect my mom to keep paying thousands of dollars for treatments that didn't deliver the results they promised. Quality treatments are worth the price when they actually work, but this place did not deliver what they sold us. Don't waste your money here. We regret trusting them.

I…read moreunderwent a breast implant procedure and later developed noticeable asymmetry and scarring from sutures that has been very distressing for me. I attempted to contact the practice multiple times to discuss my concerns and seek follow-up care, but I had never received a direct response or a path forward, I was told follow up elsewhere. I felt retaliated against for bringing up my concerns. When I requested my medical records, what I received appeared incomplete and did not seem to include several pre- and post-operative interactions I personally recall. I felt unsupported during a time when I was experiencing complications and needed postoperative guidance. I hope sharing my experience helps other patients ask the right questions and ensures they receive the communication and follow-up they need."

I sought treatment here for my skin, but unfortunately, the results have been devastating. Initially, I was promised a refund and a laser treatment to fix the damage caused by their treatment. This was verbally agreed upon, but when my skin showed improvement, they failed to follow through on their promise. Instead of offering the agreed-upon laser treatment to address the issues, I was told to go to a dermatologist--leaving me with unresolved damage and no accountability for the harm done. The treatments destroyed my skin, causing severe damage that left me with the damage--severe painful cystic acne covering my face scarring, texture changes, extreme dryness, compromised skin barrier everything burns, physical and emotional pain. I trusted their expertise and was hoping for a solution, but not only did I not get the promised refund or treatment, but I also feel misled and disrespected by the lack of follow-through and the poor outcome. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for reliable and effective skincare solutions. I strongly urge you to do your research and find a provider that values your skin and keeps their commitments. I've uploaded pictures to show the extent of the damage, which I'm still dealing with

Meeting Dr. Beil I was nervous, i read a lot of reviews on line that you HAVE to be 100% confident and comfortable with your surgeon.. I am not sure how that is possible when you meet with them only for about an hour or two collectively before they cut you open... i am not comfortable with anyone after an hour but maybe that's just my personality... Basically i was super nervous the day of my surgery... However, I saw enough before and after photos I did my research and I was as comfortable I think as I possibly could be before going in. I would say now that I have had the surgery i am 100% confident and comfortable with Dr. Beil. I am a seeing is believing type of girl. I hope this review helps anyone who is also nervous.. or is wondering who their surgeon should be. Dr. Beil is literally amazing, he gave me EXACTLY what i asked for but he didn't over promise me any thing. Has a great bed side manner and was very respectful. I would refer all my friends and family to him. and if i want to get another procedure down the line, i would fly across the country to have him do it. If you have any questions feel free to message me here! Highly Highly recommended. Thanks again CPRS!!!!

I developed complications twice under his care. No emotional support and was pushed off to other…read moredoctors. I've since spoken to others who were told the same- he does not back his work. The surgeon he referred me to was someone I simply could not afford which left me in a really difficult position. (After the fact, I've heard the same thing from multiple other people - this is a pattern where he refers out his complications. ) He said he would fix it if I chose to not go to the other surgeon but I truly knew at that time that he was not confident he'd be able to. When I went online in private FB groups to share my experience and ask for help, I received a call where I was told he would not fix me if I continued posting negatively, because he didn't want to lose patients. I ended up editing/removing my posts just so he would help me, which again- major red flag. Communication was a constant issue. His assistant ,Tammy, handles literally everything, and it was nearly impossible to get a hold of him directly or ask him questions. I was given incorrect information multiple times- including when I was clearly told my revision would have zero cost, confirmed it, and when I moved forward I was charged thousands. When I questioned it, I was told, 'it is what it is, you are welcome to go elsewhere if you need.' The second surgery experience was worse. He didn't speak to me after surgery, didn't explain what happened, didn't go over scar tissue, nothing. When I reached out, I was told by Tammy to just wait until my next appointment. When it comes to picking a surgeon , you want full faith they will take care of you if complications arise - and one found him to be among the worst in handling complications . I also want to say that from talking to other patients of his- my experience isn't super unique and I am not the only one who has been pressured or discouraged from speaking openly about it. This has been so disheartening

I guess most folks do too because the only downside is that there's usually about a 3 month wait to see her! But I've been lucky that so far I haven't had any emergency issues to need to get in all that quickly so a 3-month wait hasn't been terrible. A few times I've needed prescriptions filled last minute and the staff has always been friendly and extended my refill until I was able to get into see the Dr. Most recently I was in yesterday for my yearly physical. Admittedly, despite being completely enamored with all things having to do with the medical profession, I have a bit of doctor's office phobia when it comes to my own appointments and I get really nervous whenever I visit (nothing personal, docs! I'm just a worrywart!) but the staff here puts me at ease. Everyone is great from the check in front desk staff to the nurses (there is one in particular that I've seen several times and she's the best! I'm terrible with names so I can't recall to give shout her out, sadly!) to the medical student who did my preliminary exam. Dr. Holmstrom is also so sweet and supportive and really friendly. Admittedly I've had a pretty grief-stricken year so anxiety/depression has been a bit of a struggle for me the last few months. She really took the time to talk through some of my issues and make sure that I was taking care of myself through all of it. They really do care here! UofM also has the neat health portal online where you can make appointments, view test results, request refills, etc. Everything you may need at your fingertips 24 hours a day. Just make sure you have your medical record number handy as you'll need it, if you're like me and forget your login & password all.the.time! ALSO--this office also houses the Japanese Family Health Program. This doesn't pertain to me but I think it's great they offer the services to Japanese speaking members of the population (several other clinics in the area service other languages).
