I spent almost four years researching and looking for the right surgeon for my breast reduction. What makes Dr. Harake truly unique is his autoaugmentation breast reduction technique, which creates beautiful fullness and shape without implants. I could not find another surgeon offering the same approach, and the results exceeded all of my expectations. I am now four weeks after surgery, and my results are amazing. My breasts have a beautiful, natural shape, and my recovery has been much easier than I ever imagined. Sometimes I forget I even had surgery because I feel so good. My incisions are healing very well, and Dr. Harake follows my progress closely, seeing me regularly to check my healing, clean my incisions, and make sure everything is progressing perfectly. I also want to recognize his incredible staff. From day one, they have been kind, welcoming, patient, and always available to answer my questions. They make you feel like family rather than just another patient. Their compassion and support made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. Dr. Harake is not only an exceptionally talented surgeon, but also a caring and dedicated physician who truly wants the best for his patients. Even if I wrote a thousand words, it would not be enough to express my appreciation. I say this from the bottom of my heart. Thank you, Dr. Harake and your wonderful team, for changing my life and giving me results that I absolutely love. I highly recommend you to anyone considering breast reduction surgery.

He listened carefully about my breathing issues, evaluated my nasal structure, set realistic expectations, and genuinely cared about the outcome. My case was complicated from a prior septoplasty that left problems; the surgery was estimated at 6 1/2-7 hours but Dr. Gowda spent eight hours meticulously correcting everything. The results speak for themselves. Compassionate, skilled, and thorough -- highly recommend for anyone considering a revision rhinoplasty.

There was literally no difference. This treatment costs $3000. To complete several rounds of treatments without any noticeable results is truly disheartening. I'm just really upset that I paid so much money and received no visible results.

Someone mentioned cosmetic surgery recently, and Dr. Freedland came to mind…read more I had a cosmetic procedure done by him years ago under General Anesthesia. I spent over 4K, and the procedure produced no results, just downtime, swelling and numbness, one full year! I came to his office in distress because I was teased over the years about a particular area that's hard to lose weight in even when small. He looked at me like I was dirt initially because I was so casual and not one of his normal wealthier clients, I suppose, but he warmed up when he noticed that I could actually pay for the surgery, so he performed it, no questions asked. Only after he took the money and the procedure didn't show results, did he say, "Well just lose weight. Cut out the soda and pies. Eat in proportions. Eat more vegetables. Yada Yada." You mean I spent 4 grand just for you to tell me that? He did tell me that I could come back and have a redo for free just pay the hospital stay and anesthesia costs, but I was hesitant because of the long downtime. I know drs. aren't miracle workers, but he should have declined this surgery because as a physician, he knows that you can't spot reduce on an already heavy person because the remaining fat cells will just fill in the gaps/spaces that are left behind from the liposuction in no time if the person is not losing and/or maintaining wt loss. I had been small before, and still have this fat issue in this area, but it would've been better had I lost the weight first and maintained it. The money was wasted and the downtime all for nothing. Yes, this is common sense, but I was in distress at the time having noticed this issue, as stated, even when I was smaller. I was just at my wits end, so I opted for surgery.

The number one quality I look for in a surgeon is skill/ability. I am not as concerned with "bedside manner", however, I am extremely pleased to say that Dr. Sabbagh possesses both in excess! After speaking with him I had no fear of being under anesthesia the day of my surgery, and I knew he would do an excellent job, which he in fact did. Dr Sabbagh is very attentive. The only time I needed to contact him with any typical concern was after hours at which time he returned my calls in a matter of minutes. He was kind, informative and I felt totally confident in his care. The office staff is also very kind and competent. I've felt very welcomed and the appointments are timely made. I have nothing but great things to say about all aspects of Dr. Sabbagh's practice and would give him more than 5 stars if I could. Obviously, I highly recommend Dr. Sabbagh for neck/facelifts and from what I've seen, any surgery he performs.
