I am 60 years old and I had severe droopy eyelids and a very deep frown lines between my brows,…read more(11s). I did six months of research and finally drilled down to choosing Dr. Mune Gowda. I made the right decision! Believe it or not, it took a lot of courage for me to make that first call to set up a Consultation. At the Consultation, I was somewhat embarrassed to enter Dr. Mune Gowda's office, but immediately I felt comfortable, the front desk staff was amazing and even had me laughing. During Consultation, Dr. Mune Gowda recommends Blepharoplasty, for the loose skin of my upper eye lid, Corrugator Muscle Excision with Fat Transfer for my deep frown lines. Of course, I agreed, and an appointment was set up for pre op and surgery. I knew what Blepharoplasty was, but I wasn't sure what was involved in the Corrugator Muscle Excision. Dr. Mune Gowda explained that this muscle causes the deep frown lines (between by brows), and it will be removed. I never heard of such a thing! I was extremely excited. I went home to research "Corrugator Muscle Excision" and I couldn't find much online. I couldn't even find other surgeons in my area that did this kind of surgery. So I knew I chose the right surgeon. After Surgery, and after the removal of my stitches. I was so amazed that I could not make that frown line between my brows. Another thing that I noticed is that Dr. Gowda transferred fat to my deep frown lines that the deep frown lines were gone!!!!!!! He also did an amazing job on my eyelids considering there was A LOT of loose skin. It looks like 20 years was taken off my face. And I am not finished healing yet. Amazing! I can't wait for the full recovery results. If you want to remove those nasty frown lines between your brows, and a great eye lift, I highly recommend Dr. Mune Gowda!!!

I attempted to contact the practice multiple times to discuss my concerns and seek follow-up care, but I had never received a direct response or a path forward, I was told follow up elsewhere. I felt retaliated against for bringing up my concerns. When I requested my medical records, what I received appeared incomplete and did not seem to include several pre- and post-operative interactions I personally recall. I felt unsupported during a time when I was experiencing complications and needed postoperative guidance. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! My mom paid almost $3,000 for a laser treatment that was recommended to her by…read morethe esthetician (Chloe), who confidently told her it would be a "one and done" treatment. She even said that if any dark spots remained, they would be taken care of at the follow‑up appointment 4-6 weeks later. She made it sound like the results would be amazing once the skin peeled and healed, so we trusted her. After the first treatment, my mom's forehead and chin looked a bit brighter, but the dark spots on her cheeks were still exactly the same--no improvement at all. I reassured my mom that it would be okay because they had promised to treat any remaining spots at the follow‑up. But when she went to her follow‑up appointment today, they suddenly changed the story. They told her that treating both cheeks was not included, and that the follow‑up only covered one small freckle on each side. They then tried to sell her another full treatment for the cheeks--after the first one didn't work in the first place. When I reminded the esthetician that she had said "one and done," she backtracked and claimed that "one and done" sometimes means up to three treatments--something she never mentioned before taking my mom's money. This feels like a scam. They expect my mom to keep paying thousands of dollars for treatments that didn't deliver the results they promised. Quality treatments are worth the price when they actually work, but this place did not deliver what they sold us. Don't waste your money here. We regret trusting them.

If it's Medicaid or anything from Medicaid, we will not take it. " I never said "Medicaid," nor was it Medicaid (though that shouldn't matter in how people are treated), and she never gave me a chance to state what my actual insurance was. She was huffing and breathing exagerattedly and was either very irritated/angry that she had to do her job or she was discriminatory because she thought I was on Medicaid. So, I'm not sure how the doctors are at this place, but I would never call there again. To be clear, so there aren't misunderstandings, I hung up after she made it perfectly obvious I was a nuisance to her day. She was clearly very angry and incredibly rude. Also it was at 3:15 in the afternoon and not during the last minutes of the day. Five minutes later, I found another clinic in the same area with a perfectly friendly staff that I made an appointment with (who will get my $).
