The procedure was done by Dr Dalal at the Sequoia Surgical Center. The care, staff, and preparation were excellent. The procedure was on time. Dr. Dalal in very nice. In fact, we joked a bit before he started. I was completely out from the start. There was no discomfort or consciousness. He later explained the outcome and gave me a photograph. I had my first colonoscopy at UCLA 12 years ago, and it was not any better than Dr. Dalal.

His office is a very busy one and there have been times where I've needed to follow-up with his office staff on certain things, such as billing or appointment clarifications. Some of them probably could have been more helpful and professional. However, that's not unlike most medical offices these days. I had my first colonoscopy through Dr. Wu. Everything went very well with that procedure - from the initial appointment where they explained everything thoroughly, then to scheduling and prep, and ultimately all the way through to completion of the process at Kaweah Delta. He and his team were very comprehensive, explaining the results clearly and to my satisfaction. I have since had less invasive follow-up procedures (such as Cologuard) just to ensure that my colon is healthy and his handling of those results were equally thorough and informative. One thing I particularly remember and greatly appreciated was in how Dr. Wu had ordered a standard blood test for me. Given those results, he then shared concern about a couple of other things that were non-colon related - things though that he felt I should get further checked out by other specialists. He was spot-on in his concern, which the others later confirmed through appointments in their offices. I appreciated Dr. Wu's attention to detail and the added concern for my overall well-being as a patient. I'd certainly recommend him without reservation.

Waited 15 more minutes was put in a room where I waited another 45 minutes. Finally, a guy came in and said the doctor will see me now, I thought the doctor was going to come into my room, but instead, I had to go into the room next to where I was. The doctor was sitting. In that room there was a examination table that had been clearly used because the paper was crinkled up on it, but not changed , and a chair for me to sit about 6 feet from anyone. The man who retrieved me came and sat down at a computer. I told the doctor I was upset and then I had been there for two hours waiting for him. He said, why did she wait so long? The people in the room had no reply. I never got an apology from anyone. Never got an answer as to why I was waiting so long. I basically spoke to the doctor for 10 minutes. He was dictating to that man the whole time not really even looking at me. He said go schedule your surgeries. I was still upset went out to the receptionist to schedule and she informed me that she was not the scheduler and to go sit back in the waiting room and they will call me when the scheduler is ready. After another 10 minutes of waiting in the waiting room, I got up and left. All that time for a consultation. I am a patient person if someone had just explained to me that they were busy or behind. I would've gladly waited, but no one even acknowledged I was there or gave me any type of apology for the long wait. The front office staff was terrible and the doctor was not sympathetic at all. I would never recommend that place for the way I was treated. I give that place a zero star.

After seeing Dr. Moller our life's changed. Who knew?! Kind, to the point, advise given, shared information on the disease, knowledgeable, allowed time for questions and feedback and follow thru. My experience was completely different. First of all, one of Dr. Au's associates did the procedure. It would have nice to have been told beforehand that he wasn't the one who would do it. The nurse put in an IV and I expected to go into twilight sleep. Instead, it was just enough to make me drowsy. I felt everything! When the tube went deeper into my throat I thought I was choking. I couldn't talk but tried with my arm to let the doctor know. The nurse took my arm and held it down till I couldn't move. I don't understand why she couldn't have increased the medication. It was so awful! I go back to get the results but after that I will never step foot in that office again. I thought Dr. Au was nice and professional during my first appointment and I assumed he would do the procedure. I'll never go back and I do not recommend this office. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Hearing our family discussing our Dad's trauma in the French Hospital lobby one day 9 years ago you listened in just passing by, politely interrupted, took a personal doctor exam on James Carp that day, examined, evaluated, stated he had stones blocking his bile duct, did several surgeries, and James was cured within a week and recovered and lived to be a month short of 103 years old. I remembered your attitude, confidence, skills, talent. Awesome and impressive. Doc, I am suffering now, been 6 weeks and my Primary Care doctors and have no clue to my inability to eat and hold anything down, to swallow without blockage and irritation in my throat, choking, belching, continuous mucous/phlegm coming up, to breathe easily, to sleep, stand, sit, lie without suffering 24/7. Nightmare! I'm desperate trust in your knowledge skill set, and care. Please see me. I'm a geezer (baby boomer), have health coverage, am alone, and twice have called for an ambulance in the middle of the nite to help me at Twin Cities ER. The one time I did get someone, she picked up and coughed in the phone and said, 'ya, gastro office'...very unprofessional. Gives you a bad taste in your mouth. Then the answering machine asks you to leave a msg and someone will get back to you..but, they don't and never will. Unless they're calling you because they've screwed you up with someone else and ask why you didn't get your breath test done for H pylori?????? I haven't even stepped foot in this office, so how the heck would I have a test set up?! I understand the perils and trials and tribulations of the medical field currently with Covid, but this is ridiculous and completely unprofessional. No excuse. I've heard complaints from several friends regarding problems getting in or answers from doctors offices around here.
