My second appt was a cleaning also with Dr. Jessup, I was happy with that as well, they were nice and informative. And I had zero pain during the cleaning. My third appt was to get some cavities filled by Dr Jessup, I had no issues with pain before the fillings but now am in a lot of pain and it's been 4 months since then. So I was not happy with that. I went in today for a cleaning from Dr Hutchinson, she was super kind and helpful on a plan to get my tooth to no longer hurt, she said that the filling I was given needed to be fixed and that should solve the pain. Overall I would definitely reccomend the office as the desk gals and hygienists are wonderful and so is Dr Hutchinson but I wouldn't reccomend seeing Dr Jessup. Also the location is kind of interesting to get to but once you've gone once it'll be a breeze to get to again. They do have a parking lot which I appreciate, and the office is very cozy and clean inside as well!

First, they sent a statement, which is not a receipt. HSA requires an individual receipt with the Date of Service for the charge, the Type of Service and the $ amount...so they denied my charge because a statement is all of my dates of service. Then I tried to get a receipt for just that day's service. Instead, they wrote the Charge Amount in the Description section and then added a personalized note on the bottom describing in high detail what happened during the appointment. I was told by HSA that this is why they are denying their receipt (too much detail). They just want the basic Type of Service noted (as it shows on the statement description), the Date of Service and the $ amount. This office refused to fix the receipt so now I have to pay out-of-pocket for this procedure. This is not the first time I have struggled with this office. They can't seem to handle billing or anything a normal office does. They've even sent claims to my insurance that didn't even happen to me...this is just one of many examples of poor professionalism and service from the office part of that facility over the last 20 years. While I loved Dr. Murray, she has retired so the one good thing that was there and kept me dealing with the office issues, is gone. No need to return.

Plain and simple!…read more If you were to look back at my few-dozen Yelp reviews of businesses over the past five or six years, you wouldn't often read a review, even a five star review, that didn't have at least one very small drawback. This review is not one of those. This one is FIVE STARS, capital letters, no concessions. Dr. Wooddy, his staff, and their dental business is one of the sure things in my life! I've been going there twice a year (in a good year...more if my teeth aren't acting right!), for 14 years, and haven't once ever had anything less than an outstanding, pain-free, friendly, stellar experience! Dr. Wooddy is, without a doubt, one of the three nicest people I've met in my entire life. My teeth have been worked on by five or six hygienists over the years, and all of them have been extremely kind, gentle on the teeth and gums, and fun to chat with (to the extent one can with a mouth full of hands and tools). They always call to remind me of upcoming appointments, work with me on payment terms and insurance, and make sure I'm equipped with all the latest information on modern dental hygiene. When folks tell me they're new to town, there are literally only two people I recommend - a realtor I trust with my life, and Dr. Wooddy/Corinth Dentistry!

I've been to Dentists that just want to see what they can get out of your insurance. He is nothing like that. They never keep you waiting. They always remember things about you and ask about them. This guy should get five stars, but he is a dentist, and for that reason the highest ranking I can…read moregive him is four out of five. I have received at least four postcards a month from my eye doctor reminding me to take advantage of my awesome union insurance coverage. Dr Klein shows a little more concern for the environment and only sends me two reminders a year. Truth be told, I wish he'd sent more. My insurance is about to run out, and my wife and myself both wish we'd taken more advantage of the dental plan. I've gotten my share of work done by this guy and I plan on staying with him even after my coverage lapses. He did a crown for me a few years back, and I still have no issues with it. I paid a little extra for the Nitrous when I had that done and remember that the then new Shins album, Wincing the Night Away, was a great soundtrack for a light drug trip. Anywho... The woman who answers the phone is the same woman who will help him clean your teeth, which is a testament to the size of his operation. He is a fairly young guy, maybe early thirties, but he has a great professional manner. I admit that I was a little nervous having a guy my age do some major dental work, but he was super confident, while not being totally full of himself, and I couldn't be happier with his work. I like that he has a very hands on approach, a lot of dentists don't even make an appearance until after the assistant has done all the cleaning. But he comes in and does a preliminary examination when you first show up, he really takes a vested interest in every patient. It's hard to write a great review for a dentist. It seems like their star scale should be different than a bar, or a strip club. No one wakes up at noon and says, "Damn, that trip to the dentist yesterday was crazy fun. I just hope that I didn't do anything too crazy while I was there." For this reason, any star rating of a dentist, a proctologist, or a porta-potty company should be held at a different standard. It should be assumed that the absence of the need for one of these professions would warrant five stars, while the best of the best would garner four stars. I chose this guy due to his close proximity to my house, but will continue taking myself and my family here because of his skill, and professional manner.

I started seeing Doctor Carly G approximately 1 year ago, maybe a little longer. This was until she left on maternity leave this April 2026. This was ultimately the demise of Waldo dental. I was informed the only dentist left was Doctor Dave, who will get his share of recognition later in this review. This was also a lie. Mid April I had a procedure done, rootcanal with placement of a crown. Dr. Carly did the root canal but did not place the permanent crown as it arrived after her maternity leave started. This is where the issues begin. I was told to come back BEFORE Carly left to get the permanent crown seated, then after the temporary crown was placed I was told I had to wait 2 weeks for placement even though Dana (office manager) told me she was going to put a rush order on the permanent crown. She also rudely stated she never made this promise when trying to schedule for the permanent seating. 2 weeks later I get the call for my permanent crown to be placed. I come in to have the temporary removed, this was painful and uncomfortable to say the least. They PRIED and GRINDED the temporary off instead of just popping it off like they have in the past. This rough removal of the temporary must have compromised the tooth underneath and the composite build up because they seated the permanent crown and within less than 24 hours the tooth beneath the crown had crumbled to dust. I immediately called in panic, I rushed over to waldo dental where they told me I needed a bridge or implant now and that they weren't taking responsibility for the break (that it was my personal fault somehow) and that insurance wont cover the procedure because they just did the crown. The crown that didnt work mind you. Now this is tooth number 10. My front left incisor. Dana told me that if I disputed the claim for the crown they would not do the bridge or make me a retainer and that I can leave with nothing. So instead I complied and even though they said they would count the cost of the crown towards the bridge they proceeded to charge me $2700 for the bridge. Not the bridge prep. The bridge. Mind you, I have to wait 8 weeks for the mold for the bridge to be made and they NEVER submitted a preauthorization for the bridge but DANA lied and told me it had been rejected and thats why I needed to pay out of pocket. I called insurance BCBS FEP, they said NOTHING had ever been submitted from the dentist ( Waldo dental care) for the bridge. This still remains true as I write this review. Now let's talk about Dr. Dave.... This is the most casual person ive ever countered during a personal emergency. His nonchalance and "icoukdgiveafuk" attitude speak for themselves. With my eyes full of tears and his at half mast I begged him for a solution. He recommends the bridge. I agree. They tell me it will be nearly entirely covered by insurance. This was also a lie, or maybe it wasnt but they never submitted the PA. The next day Dana tells me I have to pay up front that insurance wont cover any of the bridge. I disagree but she threatens to refuse me care. I comply. Well Dave did the extraction and the tooth prep for said bridge on Monday May 11 at 10am. The temporary was placed and I was sent home. THAT FRIDAY I called to report extreme pain still where the procedure has been done. I admitted to taking more OTC pain relievers than I believed was safe. DANA again with her eternal attitude told me there was no doctor there to see me. Another lie. I asked for a follow up call. Saturday I got no call, yes they are open. Sunday closed. Monday. No call. Im in so much pain by this point my teeth have their own heartbeat...no follow up call by 1pm from waldo so I take myself in for an emergency visit to get a second opinion NOW MONDAY MAY 18TH IM SUFFERING FROM A DEEP INFECTION. Not a newly infected issue, something that seethed and brewed and nastied up over the weekend. At this point im prescribed antibiotics and new pain relief. I leave and go to Waldo to request my physical copy medical records and an itemized invoice. Dana again refuses to cooperate. At this point I've recorded the conversation for my safety because Dana has done nothing but lie to me for the last several weeks. I have her admission to charging me 100% out of pocket for a procedure they cant complete. She also refused to give a written agreement on the day of extraction that binds them to reimbursement once the insurance pays Dana refused this as well. I ask her if she remembers my call on Friday, she tells me yes and that they only had an oral surgeon on site and they would never waste time to see a same day complaint for pain on a prior procedure. I asked for more clarity but she dismissed me and told me to leave. I called insurance...filing now a formal grievance and appeal on the lady few weeks of work
