Medicine has become a game of hoops, hurdles, and land mines. Sadly, the corporate pig-dogs that infest medical insurance companies are making it harder and harder for consumers to get decent medical care that is covered by their own plans. The recent congressional mandates seem to be creating a knee-jerk response by the insurance companies to go into an offensive mode and nickle and dime consumers even more than they do now. This doesn't look good at all.... Commentary over for now. Providence Medical Group, located in the Ross Shopping Centre in Warrenton left me with a very solid and positive first impression. Easy to get in quickly for an appointment. All of the staff that I encountered were professional, friendly, attentive, and proficient. Stephanie Potts, NP was amazing. Very professional, caring, and LISTENED!!!! I never felt rushed at all, and she listened to me attentively and answered all of my many questions with ease. Very thorough. I was asked to fill out a few different inventories to asses my medical needs an concerns. This could be viewed as a lot of paper shuffling, but if one keeps in mind that so many patients do not communicate well with their professionals, thus making it tough for the professional to do their job in a comprehensive manner, all of the added questionnaires serve a very important function. It even gave a very loquacious person like myself a few extra talking points to address. I felt very at ease after my appointment and am confident in the staff at this location. As much as I never desire to be a regular at a doctor's office, I am pleased with the professionalism, flexibility, and quality of care given to me here.

We drove to Harbor Regional and were immediately greeted with kindness and understanding from the front desk (night crew) I was seen right away and gotten my labs and vitals done immediately. They were very attentive to me and kind. I was brought in the back and given pain medication and wasn't just left sitting there in pain for hours on end, so I was feeling better almost immediately! I also work in healthcare so I was understanding about labs taking a little bit. I ended up getting my medication to treat my illness and was sent on my way in a timely manner :) The Doctors and Nurses were so wonderful to me and patient. I believe shift switch occurred before I left and the day time Nurses were so kind as well. I couldn't have asked for a better experience being scared and in pain, hours away from home. I returned their call the following Monday with no answer after several rings, Tuesday the same thing. Wednesday, a young lady answered the phone and told me she was not the scheduling person and could not make an appointment for me. My wife was skeptical that the person I spoke with in the scheduling department was actually unable to schedule an appointment for me, so she called them the following day, only to be met with the same response by the same person. On April 20th, 17 days later, I finally received a return call, but unfortunately missed their call by about a minute. I immediately called them back only to get an answering machine requesting my information. I finally gave up on them and asked my primary care provider for a different referral and he referred me to Pulse Imaging in Olympia. Pulse Imaging immediately scheduled me in. Now that the imaging has already been completed I have yet to hear back from Harbor Regional Health & Diagnostic. Their scheduling department is severely lacking!

Even nurse Carly wrote when she came in the room I was just taking off hospital leads and I was and I let her take out my IV and then I gathered my belongings and I quietly walked out to my car and left stopping to catch my breath and even that worried me that security was gonna chase me down for stopping to breathe. I am over these doctors in hospitals that keep botching medical records and blaming patients and neglecting patient care. I have since requested to file a grievance! I want copies of the security footage. The incident report at the hospital since security had to be called because the only person running around screaming and yelling was the Dr. Smart but he is blaming me And then when security called back, there's conveniently no report filed. This doctor can claim I physically and verbally assaulted him in my medical charts but no report was filed about it? Don't waste your time clearly all they care about is intimidating and insulting patients and then falsifying medical records and sending them out the door. I left that hospital crying and scared of the doctor, calling them, asking them for a copy of the security report only to have head of security be rude abrasive and hostile as well and yes they got a complaint about him as well. I go into my medical records to find out this not so smart guy then falsified medical records and made up tons of lies in my medical files about me to dismiss his behavior and blame me. So I had to call them a second time and add to my first complaint other than his intimidating behavior and had to call back a third time to report the head of security being a jerk. I had to call them back and say that he falsified my documentation on top of it all.Unethical and unprofessional don't waste your time with this place. If that's the staff they have. If this guy wants to have a smear campaign with his lies in my medical charts, I'm gonna have a smear campaign with his name because he was the only one that acted unprofessional tIday and because a patient accidentally talked over him and so he walked out of the room screaming like a toddler creating a scene because I told him I didn't want his cough syrup. He was trying to prescribe because I can't take codeine with all my other medical conditions, but he failed to acknowledge that before he got mad and stormed out yelling and called security on me. I want the videos I want the reports he claims I assaulted him show me the paper trail. I will be seeking a lawyer like their own stupid head of security told me too, but it won't be just to obtain the videos it'll be to go after them for my medical records and this guy's negligence, irrational, erratic verbal assault and behavior towards me the patient and then blame it on me by botching my files With outrageous lies. This is illegal. I won't sit still for this by this guy's behavior and other complaints across social media. This guy is a loose cannon that treats his patients like crap and the hospital needs to do something about this guy's behavior toward patients because it's unprofessional unethical and breaks the laws and standards of care. I encourage everybody who has had a bad run with this guy to start calling that hospital and complaint to get him out of there. He has no bedside manner whatsoever.

Staff is friendly, helpful, and caring. My regular doctor was Terra Grandmason, and it broke my heart when she left. I feel she is by far the best doctor to have ever passed through that hospital. I was always in and out within an 1 1/2hrs. E.R. is MUCH slower... I came in one night because I had been in excruciating pains for days and eventually was in so much pain I couldn't move and my fiancé had to actually help me get dressed and brush my hair because I was unable to. I arrived and had to wait nearly 6 1/2 hours just to get seen and get results back from X-Ray/MRI. My nurse and doctor clearly hadn't communicated, seeing how my doctor prescribed me something for pain and my nurse claimed he didn't plan to give me anything for my pain. I ended up going home and returning at 2am because the pain worsened and I started vomiting. Turned out the nurse was a moron and missed that he did prescribe me something and they ended up shredding the paperwork instead of calling me back or faxing it over to the pharmacy etc. THEN come to find out the second doctor that night prescribed me a MOOD stabilizer and something for anxiety instead of something for my pain. My mom's a nurse and when she saw what I was taking she was livid. Needless to say I'll never return to their E.R. again. Incompetent people working in there.

When my friend explained that she had already addressed the concern that was delaying the endoscopy, the anesthesiologist, Michael S. Fisher, became combative and judgmental. Another physician, Bisher Abdullah, also raised his voice at both of us. When we were simply trying to understand why the procedure could not continue, both physicians responded with hostility and impatience. At one point, my friend gently lifted the adhesive around her catheter--not removing it, only loosening the tape because of previous painful experiences--and clearly communicated this. Despite that, Fisher began yelling at her again. The level of disrespect and lack of professional bedside manner we experienced was shocking. My friend was not treated with the dignity and care that patients deserve. If possible, I strongly recommend seeking treatment elsewhere, as our encounter with these physicians was rude, dismissive, and entirely unprofessional.

He gets home and collapses because his defibrillator went off twice and hit the closet and hurt his hands they go back to St. John's after being there from 1:00 PM to midnight they then put him in ICU which they might be taking care of the problem after being an ICU however, if you ask a question as to why it wasn't addressed the earlier before and them,nurses and supervisors think like it's no big issue if you address time of his last visit he was in ICU and asked for them to move that person around so they don't get bed sores obviously it wasn't enough to express your concern now they tell me I can't address it. It's none of my business even though it's a family member furthermore, the nurse in the ER was so rude To the wife and if you ask that question, they don't want to address it you ask for admin person to talk to them to get answers instead if you take a name, if you take a name they bring the security and a supervisor, instead of a admin person...I did mention you all gonna get yourselves fired, which is not a threat they bring up security to escort you out and you still haven't got to talk too a admin person to answer you questions...private hospital is not a trauma they don't have the capability of resolving the issueThey are rude and they don't care they bring their security that you're out of control and making threats which never happened. This hospital is very poor and second time that a family member has been in there so the powers that be in this hospital facility sucks not everybody is nice or compassionate at all. They told me not to call the hospital or talk to admin or anyone else for that matter so what is being hidden in that hospital but yet I see all these great experiences from other visits I'm disgusted and even though I'm not a PA , or his wife I'm just a sibling and I can't ask questions with my bother there in the room and the supervisor talks over you I got up and walked out and furthermore, you have to ask the nurse three times to leave so you can have some time with your sibling and she is her department and she can be there if she wants to. They should be shut down and there's got to be more people that are being treated horribly as a family member.
