She does have all…read moremy medical history and labs as I brought them in, including my sister had 2 types of breast cancer, that I have had lumpectomy and very dense breasts that have for past 15 years required diagnostic mammogram as the screening instrument. Last year, I endured the extra and unnecessary screening mammo-the extra copay, the pain, the travel, the radiation and my insurance paid for it. I labored greatly with Craft's office, the hospital, and my insurance to get proper coding/orders so this would not happen again. Insurance paid the two bills, including my unnecessary screening mammo..they forgave the copay on the diagnostic since it was to be my screening instrument...and said it was one time only; the physician had to order the diagnostic as the screening. Time for my mammo is now: called her office, she does have the history (long term of diagnostic mammo) AND what I went through last year. I am sure I am not the only person with the screening mammo as unnecessary and not beneficial...yet her answer was to go for the screening and then based on results of that she would order the diagnostic. Illogical! AND since it is now a matter of record with my insurance that the screening mammo is unnecessary and not of benefit, would they pay for it??? Enough is enough. She's not seeing her patient , let alone seeing as a person.

Just like Valley View Medicine in Raymond, they seem to have difficulty retaining staff, especially GOOD staff. This staffing issue is why I left Valley View Medical and now go 40 miles away for my medical needs. One last cleaning that I don't have time to reschedule, and then I am DONE with this place.

She gives herself to her profession in so many ways. I can talk to her about anything, and she listens. If I have questions, she finds answers. She had my DNA tested to find just the right medication for my specific genetic makeup. She gives us access to very useful websites to enrich our understanding of our bodies and how to help them function better. We have a support group that meets weekly and shares information about following her holistic approach to wellness. She sometimes suggests we read a particular book. I appreciate that. Following her advice I dramatically changed my diet a few years ago. I have lost nearly 40 pounds, experience much less pain, and have more energy than I did in my 40's.
