They built two patio covers in our yard, and I love to prance around under both of them every chance I get. It's like having my very own royal pup palace! The Landerking crew was so exciting to watch - I sat and supervised (with lots of tail wagging) as they worked, and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. Now I have the perfect place for strutting, relaxing, and keeping cool on hot days. I can strut my stuff proudly in the shade, then flop down for a nap without worrying about the sun. The craftsmanship is so impressive that even a dog can tell it's amazing - every beam and post is sturdy and beautiful (and trust me, I sniffed them all!). My humans are super happy with our new patio covers, which makes me happy too (because that means more belly rubs and treats for me - yay!). My tail hasn't stopped wagging since the project was finished. All in all, this is one tail-wagging, pawsitively awesome upgrade to our home. Not only are they very detail oriented, they take pride in their work and stay with the job until it's done and the customer is happy. They were even kind enough to do a few extra things around the house that I would no longer be able to do myself. They are kind and respectful. I now have advanced hearing loss which a lot of people have no patience with but they were very understanding and patient. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to hire them again!

If there was any point at which we had any concern at all, he was completely receptive, and able to pivot if needed (like when we said we didn't want gravel) or educate us about certain construction solutions (when we asked about the floor construction innovation required for our unique barn dimensions and situation.) He made so many improvements and also allowed for additional renovations should we choose to add something in the future. The weight of the cattle gate is pulling the post away from the rest of the fence, pulling it apart. When I sent photos, he denied that he built it. When I sent him a copy of the paid invoice, he did not suggest a solution. Granted, it happened over time, but he should have taken responsibility and at least offered a discount on the labor to fix it. If he had taken care of it, I would not be writing this negative review. However, since I'm here, I will add that when I looked up zoning laws to find out how tall the fence could be on the other side of my property, I found out that the fence he built was not to code. It needed to be shorter or farther back from the driveway. I had actually asked him to make it shorter when I saw how it would box in the driveway, but he convinced me it had to be that tall to match the gate. To sum up, this was an expensive fence but it's not to code and the workmanship did not last. Customer service could have solved the problem, but was not forthcoming. Now I have to find someone else to work on this fence.

I was determined to build my own paver walkway and ambled into Willamette Graystone after seeing…read morestacks of pavers in front of their shop. They have amazing displays of all the pavers they sell so you know exactly what color each is and how it looks all put together. Justin was incredibly patient tending to lots of customers and answering my questions. I went home armed with a catalog that showed all the pavers and suggested patterns. A few days later, I went back with the measurements of my wooden frames. Justin sat down with his calculator and calculated the number of pavers and various types of sand and base material I needed. After I finished putting it all together, I was amazed to have less than 5 pavers and one bag of sand left! If you are willing to do the work, these folks can head you in the right direction so things turn out nicely. Sometimes construction folks are annoyed to have women ask for help, but everyone there was friendly and patient with my questions. Very good humored group of guys.
