What the heck is up with the Circus Colors in the bike room? Only 1 color on walls needed. Make it a lite color since there is this 1980's neon purple lights, which provides NO light! You can't see what numbers are on the bikes. Too many bikes in room. Remove a few will ya? Managers- wipe down the trim on the walls, get rid of circus colors and make sure machines are cleaned too! Even they have dust on them! Keep competitive, keep clean, so you can keep patrons!

I moved to Danbury last summer from Westchester, and had previously belonged to New York Sports Club. When their spin schedule no longer fit with my work schedule, I decided to give Prime Time Fitness a try. My mother had recently joined, so I went with her as a guest to see if I liked it before joining. The spin classes are okay - not the greatest music selection and a lot of the bikes are unstable and feel very old. The yoga class was a complete joke. I've never in my life done yoga in a brightly lit room led by someone who seemed as though he was making up the sequences as he went along. It was more of a stretching/toning class coined as yoga. I figured I would still use the gym if only for the spin class. However, the class instructors don't pick the greatest music, which is a big problem for me. Moreover, there are no towels and no water fountains in this gym. I've never before seen that. For $70 a month, I expect much more. When I signed up, I told the person I met with that I was joining this gym primarily because there is no contract involved like there is at New York Sports Club. He didn't tell me at the time that there is, in fact, a stipulation that you need to make 12 payments before you are allowed to cancel, or else pay a $200 early termination fee. I didn't learn of this until I cancelled this week. Save your money and go somewhere else - don't use this gym until they improve their standards.

She needed someone who would be patient with her and who wouldn't give up on her, and Don was just that guy.  Over seven training sessions, Don worked with us to introduce Lulu to new people and new environments, making up for some of the socialization that she had missed out on as a puppy. He helped us with obedience work, and taught us tricks for keeping her in control when on walks. Don was so dedicated to her, and it was clear that he genuinely cared for her and wanted to help her be the best dog she could be. We liked Don so much that we also hired him for walks and boarding! Not gonna lie I was kind of scared to board my dogs here because of some of the reviews but I'm…read moreglad I did! It seems many local doggie daycares do group play and sleep. Unfortunately my dogs can't do that. One is scared of other dogs and one can be aggressive. So I liked that Cassio did individual boarding but also let dogs in a family board together. We did the test run overnight with them and all seemed well. So we used them when we had to go out of town for two weeks. I got my babies back in perfect condition! I even added on the grooming service and they looked good! I would definitely use them again when traveling away from home without my dogs. One star off because I wish they would send pics of the dogs throughout the stay. My previous daycare in Florida did and it helps a lot with the anxiety. I did call and ask but got like 2 pics and one vid over the course of the two weeks. 5 stars if they provide pics daily/every other day.

I was very skeptical because of the reviews. However, I was visiting the area for the weekend and…read moremy dog was freaking out when left alone in the hotel, so I didn't have much of a choice. Firstly, I called probably 20 other places in the area and Cassio was the only place that answered their phone on a Saturday morning, which I greatly appreciated. They didn't need to do a meet and greet, which every other place that I spoke to seemed to require in advance. Upon arrival, I shared that my dog is scared of other dogs and can be aggressive when there's toys or food around because he's possessive. They let me know that they don't do group play or keep multiple dogs in a space together which I was happy to hear. They said that during the operating hours, minus a break from 12-3, someone would always be with my dog. We only boarded him at Cassio for about five hours on a Saturday and Sunday, so I'm not sure what the overnight protocol is. There seemed to be a fair amount of staff members each day and the services were fairly priced. It cost about 41$ each day. The only thing I was hesitant about was that they required his collar to be removed, which has an Apple air tag on it, so that made me nervous because I was worried he'd somehow escape the facility. They remove all collars and leashes so the dogs don't get caught on the cages and get hurt, so it makes sense. The facilities seem very large, there were multiple outside areas that had large fences around them, and an open air cage area that had an overhead covering. We weren't offered a tour of the facility, but we also didn't ask. This was our first time doing a doggy day care situation, so we weren't sure of the protocol but I wish I would've asked to see where my dog would be spending a few hours. Overall, if I had to do it again, I would use Cassio for doggy daycare.
