I would not use this company again. I contracted Colin to remove some dirt and debris from my yard…read more Prior to the job start, I met Colin at my house and he explained his process and I detailed what I wanted done. He specifically stated that they would use a shovel to hand dig around the asphalt so they wouldn't cause any damage. The day of the job he brought in another gentleman to operate the excavator. The operator went straight into a pile of debris right by my asphalt and took a 10"x10" chunk out of it and caused a crack leading to my house. All 3 of us were there and witnessed this happen. I asked them about it and neither of them acknowledged my question and continued to work. Before we started I showed them a back section of the yard I specifically wanted gone. Colin kept saying that he understood what I was asking, but they kept excavating the wrong part of the yard. I continued to try to clarify that wasn't what I was looking for and then Colin just walked away from me in a huff. I then went up to the operator himself to try and explain and the response I got was "I'm trying really hard to be nice to you right now" . Which was a surprisingly aggressive response to receive when you're asking the people who are removing dirt on your property to remove the correct dirt. At the end, the operator dumped a bucket of dirt over the crack to intentionally cover it up and then he left the job site without letting me know he was leaving or confirming with me that the job was done. Colin was ready to leave as well, but thankfully I hadn't paid him yet, so I went back over to the crack to address it with him. It was only after I called him out for it A SECOND TIME at the very end that he took responsibility and acknowledged the damage. Colin did have someone come out and fix the asphalt, but only because he got caught. If you do use him, make sure you supervise the entire job.

We needed safety railings on our front porch and weren't really sure of a decent solution. Andy came up with one that was better than we could've imagined. He was clear and honest about his time (he charges an hourly rate), kept all receipts and made sure we understood what materials would be returned (and weren't charged for.) He took credit card payment on the spot and handed us a receipt! Super efficient, excellent craftsmanship, respected our space, and incredible communication skills! Will definitely hire again! Oh and he rents tools! Will be hitting him up for a pressure washer in the near future!

They also added 4x4 curbs after EP ripped out what was there. They were skilled and super efficient and did excellent work across the board! We LOVE our stone patio! That swap has added more usable space to our yard. The hot tub was something I dreamed of for years and they knocked that out as an add on after the patio was underway. The only thing that was less excellent was what happened to my lawn. The repairs they did were just okay. It took a season for it to rebound. I would recommend them and hire them again without hesitation.

What a great experience from start to finish. We hired David to help us with landscape design…read more David was very responsive and called within an hour of submitting our request,on a Sunday too. He kept all appointments, was always on time, he listened to our likes and dislikes. He was always professional and extremely knowledgeable about plants and what would complement our design as well as what would work well given our yard layout (if it was full sun or partial or all shade). His estimate for landscape design was accurate and we were extremely happy with the end product. We felt we got exactly what we wanted for a fair price. I would defiantly recommend David and we will hire him again when we are ready to do the plantings. Finally David was able to turnaround our design in 5 days which was AMAZING!
