In addition, the product instructions said that it is not to be used on a garage floor. After the first rainy season and winter, the paint began to bubble and peel. He kept promising to come out and redo it, but then, after a few bad seasons, he decided it would cost too much for his crew to come out and fix it. Fast forward (actually slow forward) to 2020 and it was peeling so badly that I had to have it completely redone at a cost of $3,100. He has done some other work for me, but his follow-up is terrible. I originally paid him $1,600 and he offered me $80 back in lieu of a redo.

He put took out carpeting on our stairs and put in wood floor, he does wall/corner/leak repair, he installs drywall, installs faucets, installs floor tile and backsplash tile, he put in new bathroom cabinets.
