Many of the reviews mention the good service, but my experience has been a little different. Every time I've visited here, I felt very uncomfortable and I don't find it welcoming. They still have an enormous amount of tourist business because of the Bourdain connection, and people seem to come here almost as a pilgrimage. The food itself is very good, but honestly, it isn't significantly better than some of the other places nearby. There are several restaurants in the area serving good kebap. Overall, glad I tried it because of the Bourdain connection, but for me, the hype is much bigger than the experience.

So this is one of the best places for a kababfest all over Yelp, YouTube influencers backing that and also the most recommended place on internet based reviews. We chose a non busy time it wasn't that packed. This restaurant is not compact but definitely crowded in the sense that tables are very close to one another. The staff is extremely polite, helpful and friendly. We ordered a little bit of everything including liver. Each item was bursting of flavor and the meat used was top notch quality. Price point isn't bad. Do google the menu with pricing and these change quite often in places like Turkey which is a tourist hub. We paid with credit card no issues. The food came out piping hot and within reasonable grilling time. Definitely recommend this place it's a haven for meat lovers I can't wait to go back this is a solid 5 on 5 for me.

If you can, sit outside along the sidewalk. To feed three men, we got the potato salad, bulghur salad, and the dumpling tasting plat, which came with dozens of tiny dumplings smothered in yogurt sauce. If you need more spice or flavor, use the shakers on each table. Everything was great, but we loved the wet dumplings v. fried more. The bulghur salad was so good! I did feel like the salad with chicken I ordered was incredibly meat heavy with very little salad and I didn't love that the bell peppers included aren't listed on the menu, but their hummus was mouthwateringly delicious. The service was prompt and the meal came with gratis baklava and ice cream as well as tea, but I didn't partake since we were walking so much. All in all, it was a good meal but definitely a bit different than expected from the menu.

They offered us a delicious baklava and ice cream as a "free" dessert. Plus the prices are not bad, considering it's in such a touristic area. It's about half what I paid at some other places. Service is great. The food is very fresh. Highly recommend if you are in Fatih or nearby in the Sultanahmet area.

This restaurant is located just off the street in the old section of Istanbul. My personal favorite is to dine at one of their outdoor tables, which is situated right along the street. You can truly take in the atmosphere of the city from this position. They also have a very nice interior dining experience. If you choose to sit inside, the doors are generally open, so you still get all of the air and and the ambience while remaining someone protect from the elements. Their food, as their name implies, focuses on pizza and pasta dishes. The pizzas are very good. I truly recommend them. There's several options to choose from and I'm sure you'll be able to find something that answers your specific desires. They also have the expected, soft drinks, beer, wine, plus they offer a truly nice selection of cocktails. My wife always goes for one of those more fruity drinks, and she truly enjoys their Mojito.
