While the stock of SLR digital cameras in the shop itself tends to be small their catalogue and on line site can give you anything you want including second hand reconditioned models. The do it yourself film processing for digital cameras are quite simple to use for any one with a knack for computors but for the others a member of staff will gladly lend a hand and once you've used it you wonder why it was so hard to work out before. They can blow your photos up to quite big sizes in a very quick time and can offer courses run throughout the country for those first time buyers who feel they need a little help in using their camera properly.

I live in London but am in the Dumfries area often - and I now wait until I'm up there as I find the staff in the Dumfries branch so helpful. Service was second to none and excellent. Then a disasterI accidentally marked the LCD screen on the very first day of purchase whilst going on holiday. On my return I asked Dave at Photo Express if using Brasso to repair, as suggested on the web, was a good idea. His solution was ."bring it back in and we will help and do it for you as they have some special liquid/paste to do the job without risking damage.
