Darlington Jessops, told me lies and inacurate information. My camera had a fault and was outside its warranty, jessops told me that they will send it off for repair, will take a week and wont cost anything, brilliant, week goes by I call them and it's now going to take 6 8 weeks and I will be charged for the repair, not what I was told before and at this point they had already sent the camera not back to sony but to a general camera repair company, not happy with this as it should go back to sony, jessops repeatedly said that sony can not help me with reapairing the camera, few phone calls to sony and it's organised to send the camera to there repair centre so jessops lieing to me here, I just need to get my camera back from where jessops sent it off for repair, told on a tuesday that I would have it back before end of the week, 2 weeks later still nothing and they dont know where my camera is but eventually find it as it had been sent to birmingham. just recieved my camera back today, yet to see if it's in the condition I gave it to them though. so in all this ive been told nothing but lies and rubbish, great staff?? not at all, useless idiots running the store. will never be using jessops again, nothing but absolute hassle with them. have lost out on 2-3 potential photoshoots in this time, cheers Jessops. read more
