I went in and got a condescending attitude "this is for the network, you plug it into your network" and "there isn't usb on the back" (which is completely incorrect.) I understand that often times the majority of your customer base doesn't know computer from potato, but I came in FOR A CABLE FFS. (Luckily, down the street was a Walgreens and they had an assortment of microusb cables (which allowed me to fix the problem with minimal effort.) If you're touting yourselves as Apple Specialists that have been in the business for 30 years, you may want to update your practices and experiences those 3 decades to the current day knowledge that your customers deserve. Again, thanks for nothing micropower. You are out of touch and irrelevant and may want to consider changing your name to nanopower or picopower.

I spoke with one of his assistants over the phone, who was very informative and very friendly. When I dropped my hard drive, Nate looked at it, did some diagnostic work, and gave me detailed information about the cost of doing the work and how much it would cost if he needed to send it somewhere else. He was very nice about it, and thank God. Eventually, there was a bent in the controller, and with some manipulation, it worked, and I could retrieve all my data. He didn't charge me for anything, and he was very generous in explaining and giving me more information about how to store my data these days and available resources safely.
