They have a true love for animals, and it shows as soon as you walk in the door. Our animals are our family. Dr. Lambden took time with my Dog and I. Her knowledge is top of the line. I thought they looked familiar, but it was definitely clear that they were employees of Leslie's, as they were speaking quite poorly about thenew manager, the doctors, and several others I assume were coworkers were mentioned. It was all very mean spirited and concerning. Being on a fixed income and not only caring about price but also respect and professionalism (maybe its just the generation!), especially with those entrusted with my dogs care, this experience made me second guess the clinic. The conversation definitely did not reflect the compassion and professionalism I expect with the prices they charge. We appreciate that Dr. Harvey always gives her honest professional opinions about treatment options. We also like that she incorporates holistic treatments in her practice as well. Just this past November my beagle was attacked by a coyote. Dr. Harvey and her staff were quick to act and treat our dog even though we had no standing appointment. Glad to report that our beagle recovered from her bite wounds and rib injuries and is doing just fine! We wouldn't take our pets to any other vet in El Paso, TX!

This place is awful. Let me list the ways…read more.. First of all, after our dog stayed at this facility, she came home with kennel cough. That led to the extra expense of a vet visit. And if you want your dog to have any attention, you have to pay $5 for 15 minutes out in the yard. The owner has a fenced area where dogs can run and play with one another during the day, so there is no reason to keep them cooped up like that. Plus, she did not want to release my dog to me 30 minutes after her "closing time". I had just come from a funeral, flew for 5 hours, and then drove for an hour and a half. SHE LIVES RIGHT THERE... on site... and she wasn't going to give me my dog. Needless to say, that didn't go over well with me. All this, and come to find out, she took the blankets away from our dog. We had sent her with old blankets, because she can get bored and will chew. So she did and the lady took them away! Our dog spent several days sleeping on the cement floor! My husband had already experienced problems with her obedience classes, so we should have known. She apparently talks about 50% of the time about topics unrelated to the training. He said it was mostly a social gathering with a few moments sprinkled in where the dogs learned commands. Services of this kind are limited in this area, but it is worth the drive to Las Cruces in order to avoid training or kenneling your dogs here.

Upon examination, the vet found several more cuts on him and found razor burns all over him. This is a professional groomer? Look at the pictures. We're all furious for her. They weren't taking ANY responsibility for it. She said he was matted. She didn't say anything about him being matted when she dropped him off. Then she said he moved. Now she's offering a refund for the appointment, but she's not paying the vet bill. Update, she refunded the money for the "haircut" to my friend.
