The gentleman that helped us was super sympathetic. I was concerned they would try to push extra services on us but they did not. It was quick and easy. I wish I would have got his name but he gave excellent customer service. I'm looking forward to bringing my baby home.

It was close to their closing time and I…read morewas told they do not wait for anyone once they close and I would need to get there the next day with my pet. Where am I storing my pet at home for a day? That is so traumatizing to tell someone, luckily I made it in time but you could tell she was bothered I was there. I asked to know when my pet would be cremated and called multiple times until one of the times she told me "theyre almost done". I sank to the floor, I wanted to light a candle and say prayers the entire time they were being cremated. I just wish the staff would have the same amount of dignity as the funeral home side did when I went to make my pre arrangements for myself.

DO NOT TRUST YOUR BELOVED CAT TO DR FAVIS! Brought my cat in…read morefor a routine dematting. While there Dr Favis injected her with a heavy narcotic so she could perform unauthorized testing on the cat. The drug damaged my cat's kidneys. Favis offered to sell me prescriptive cat food that could lengthen my cats life! This was a perfectly healthy cat! She came home heavily traumatized, vomiting, severely dehydrated. Coincidently Favis has a vested interest in selling catfood. It's been 2 weeks since the visit. Cat only eats Temptations & HydraCare. Took this long to get her purr back. Dont let Favis anywhere near your cat. I sincerely believe she's a cat hater.

Her back legs were not moving (one leg could feel deep pain, the other could not). I just went in today to get her stitches removed and for the two week follow up and she's feeling pain in BOTH of her legs. Dr. Bowens is hopeful in about 8 weeks that she will be walking again. Him and his team are life savers and I appreciate them so much. I don't mind the waiting, I know they are dealing with all kinds of emergencies. The staff have all been so nice and kind to my baby. Highly, highly recommend Dr. Bowens and his neurology speciality. Poppy and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

My long haired cat had an abscess rupture, that I didn't even see was there. I called several…read moreplaces, and quickly realized that I needed an emergency visit. Calista told me to come right away after explaining what the charge for an emergency visit would be. Didn't matter, I didn't want my kitty to suffer! They took him right in while I completed the paperwork. I'm new in town, so I do not have a veterinarian yet. I do now. They had him evaluated and told me he did have an abscess that had ruptured, but they had shaved the area, evaluated if it was in need of additional care, cleaned the would and felt he would be best served with antibiotics and an anti inflammatory to help him get comfortable. He is home, doing well, and I plan to use them for future care.

Upon examination, the vet found several more cuts on him and found razor burns all over him. This is a professional groomer? Look at the pictures. We're all furious for her. They weren't taking ANY responsibility for it. She said he was matted. She didn't say anything about him being matted when she dropped him off. Then she said he moved. Now she's offering a refund for the appointment, but she's not paying the vet bill. Update, she refunded the money for the "haircut" to my friend.

My dog is regularly groomed, and I've never had this issue with any other groomer. He was dropped off at 9 AM, and I received a call at 4 PM that he was ready--seven hours later! When I picked him up, his haircut was incomplete and uneven, yet I was still charged $110. This level of service is unacceptable. Petsense needs to provide better training or hire more experienced groomers. This is how my dog looked after leaving, totally unacceptable.
