Beware of this carwash. During my visit, my vehicle's rear bumper was severely damaged, pulled, mangled, and broken, by the car wash equipment. I pulled in and paid for a premium wash (Best) at 5:35pm. I immediately noticed they only had 4 vacuum bays open/working. They have the potential for around 10. Anyway, the kid working at the pay station told me that they were going to close soon, that is why only a limited number of vaccum hoses were out. IT ALWAYS DRIVE ME CRAZY WHEN EMPLOYEES CUT CORNERS, YOU CLOSE AT 6PM, NOT 5:35! I was lucky enough to pull out from the wash tunnel and get one of the 4 working vacuum stations. First step, I detailed/dried my car, toward the end of drying, 5:50pm (!!!!!) the vacuum service stopped. WTF! I complained, and the kid had the gull to tell me, "You can always come back tomorrow." Let my story be an example of the service and care you will get from this place, lazy kids wanting to knock off at 6pm EXACTLY. WildWater Express Carwash has become a joke. 7 years later and I'm back for an overdue update. Several years ago they started asking if you want your back wiper taped, which was my one complaint last time. I tried super star car wash on channel and Gaffey because they offer towels for drying and have more vacuums. I got the monthly membership plan and less than a month in the car wash ripped off my entire side mirror! After it happened I told an employee and she said, "oh, THAT'S what that noise was!" and told me to file a claim. They gave me the runaround and made it difficult to even cancel my plan! When they started the car wash back up, the things that looked like carpet were hanging on my hood. They were all twisted. When the carwash started up again, the hang carpet things were moving funky across my hood. When drying my car, i noticed scratches across th hood . When I told manager h accused me of trying to rub them out. It happened ten minutes before. Said to me they had to review the film. Told they would call me to resolve the matter. Their resolution was to call me a liar and tell me their carwash was impossible of scratching. And accepted no responsibility for damages to my new truck. I've come to this Carwash a few times and I really like it. I usually choose a full service Carwash, where they do everything for you, but I've come here when time is limited. It's honestly not too bad. Beware of coming on the weekends. It gets especially crowded and even more so if it's hot. Although there may be a long line, it consistently moves. The only problem is at the end of the carwash, the vacuum bays tend to be full and you end up having to wait for someone to pull out. That can be a pretty good wait, because not everyone is fast at drying or detailing their cars. Also, people coming out of the wash end up having to drive through the line where people are trying to come in for a wash. That can sometimes be a clusterfuck, because both are merging into one another. I like that they are open early and close late. I last came here on a weekday evening and it was rather empty. In fact, I will probably come on weekdays from now on. There were only a few cars here and no wait for a vacuum bay. The staff are nice. I'm always greeted in a friendly manner. I usually get the $12 wash, which is the top one. The others are $6 and I believe $9. All of the prices are reasonable, in my opinion. read more

The $20 was is no different than the $9 with the exception of about 20% of each tire getting "dressing." I've never seen tiny yellow bird dropping stand up to a "clay bar" scrubbing, a feature of the $20 wash. This facility by no means uses ionized water to reduce spotting. Grudgingly washed a second time giving me a dirty look. I don't need this noise and I certainly don't want to sign up for monthly poor quality. Going to Miami Detail down the street. read more

Sorry but this car wash is going down hill. They always have bad issues with their equipment. At first the tire shine stop working on one side and my recent visit the other side don't even shine the tires anymore it makes the rims look dirty. They offer their monthly plan but yet don't get their stuff fix. That's the reason why I don't bother getting it. And today I pay for the top best wash and the soap didn't get much on my car and second the triple foam didn't even work it is not worth the value that they charge for a carwash. I'm giving Wildwater Express Carwash the 5 star rating for being the most expensive and worst car wash I have ever used. I purchased the $20.00 car wash. The car was still dirty when I left. To add injury to insult , the passenger rear quarter-panel was scratched full length and there were pieces of blue felt brush material wedged into the fender liner. After reading other reviews, seems like this is common outcome. Wildwater was a pretty good drive through carwash at one point but since the current owners took over, not so much. read more

10/10/23 I tried this car wash out for the first time and ended up with a damaged car. While my car was rinsing the conveyor belt that moves the car forward was faulty and it pushed my car into the car behind me. All our cars are in neutral while washing but the car still moved back and was damaged. I spoke to the manager and left a complaint, but I have not heard back from them, and they have not returned any calls from me. I was told that I would hear back within a week but nothing. There were two customers in front of me who said that also happened to their cars. As I was filing my complaint I saw a gentlemen with a drill and socket fixing one of the wheels on the wash machine. Obviously they knew something was wrong as they were fixing it after my complaint. I was not offered a refund. I would not come back to this place. read more

Mirage is my regular car wash, but they were jammed 12 cars deep on a recent Saturday. Yelp to the rescue! Decided to try this place. It's an exterior-only machine wash, so you may not want to bring your expensive car here, but you can't beat the $6 price. They don't touch the interior, but they gave me a moist towel to wipe down the dash and you get free use of their vacuums. Pro-tip: save $2 by bringing your own large microfiber towel to touch up the water droplets that the blow dryer didn't blast away. As a tall guy, I can't stand crawling around to clean windows, so I'll never be completely rid of full-service hand wash. But if you keep you interior reasonably clean, you can supplement with this place for 2-3 exterior-only washes in between. read more

I purchased the monthly Best service about 8 months ago. Recently the tire shine product, over the 4 weeks, has been leaving a dark oily film on my rims and and the side casing of my car. To remove it all, it made my towel absolutely black. I brought it to the attention of management and asked if they could at least replace my oily towel for me and the young guy said no. Horrible customer service! I quit my subscription and will never be back as long as they are running the show. Really ...a $2.00 towel??? They do not value their customers very much. read more
