Quick Quack is near the corner of Avalon and Sepulveda next to Starbucks. Be careful when entering going West on Sepulveda because the first "entrance" is actually the exit. You'll want to enter closer to Starbucks or go up Avalon and make a right into the parking lot. The wash is great and I went through twice because it's been a while. I have the Ceramic Duck monthly membership and share with family. The only downsides I see from the wash are your front license plate and license plate frame can be damaged. The machine also doesn't do a great job at cleaning the wheels. Other than those shortcomings, it's pretty efficient and saves a lot of time versus handwashing. read more

I like coming here but it's gotten too popular. (Great for business not for customers) in the sense that most times there's always a line to use the vacuums. It has a post to limit the time in the stalls to 15 mins but I can tell you right now people take way too long. I've been in the line waiting for 30 mins and no one leaves. On the plus side they added posts on the side where you can dry your car while you wait for the vacuums but even if you finish drying your car people are still in the stalls. I like that they provide towels!! It's so helpful! I wouldn't say it scratches your car but sometimes I do see some scratches on my car but more from the rubber that polishes your car in the actual wash but it can comes off if you scrub it with the towels they provide. read more

So today would have been the 2nd time to get car washed since buying the monthly and they were closed. Apparently there was a plumbing issue which tried to be fixed last night and then the backflow sonething or other was stolen. Hopefully issue is resolved coz car needs a wash tomorrow. I really had high hopes for this place--especially since Bellagio Car Wash is literally two minutes away. I figured this would be a better or at least comparable option. The first time I went, I could tell the employees were still getting the hang of things, but they were trying their best, which I appreciated. What really stood out was the towel service to dry your car after the wash. That was a nice touch--and honestly, pretty impressive. Sadly, it didn't last. On my second visit, things had noticeably gone downhill. There was one young man managing an iPad for check-ins with two lanes of cars piling in, and it was clear he was getting confused about the order of who came in first. Once I finally got through, the pre-wash consisted of a guy spraying my windshield with water for literally a second--no exaggeration. I have no idea what that was supposed to accomplish, but I'm pretty sure it did nothing at all. Then came the vacuum area. No clean towels left, just a bunch of dirty ones scattered around. A big drop in quality from my first visit. I might give this place one more shot, but based on the inconsistency, I'm starting to think this place is destined to stay mediocre at best. read more

Man this is disappointing, I have a membership here for about 2 months now. That's how long they have been open. After going mudding and off-roading with my buddies this past weekend I was in dire need of a car wash So I slide thru on Monday October. 27th around 1:15pm (peak hours) just to find out they are closed. No problem maybe they are short staffed and to account for lunch breaks. I come back 45 min later and they are still closed... sheesh I just want a wash before I pick up the kids. Unfortunately this one instance is very dissatisfying, disappointing and any other dis you can think of. I hope they get it together soon because the line of cars is backing up as I type. Horrible wash... Found out they opened recently so I went in to try the car wash. They had a good deal for a membership so I signed up. $9.99 for the first month unlimited Ceramic package. Staff was great and informative but the wash was below satisfactory. Went thru the first time, the hood, windshield and front of my truck was still dirty. Unlimited washes so I went back around for another wash. Nothing happened. Still dirty. On top of that my license plate got bent somehow. I was told that canceling the membership was at no charge but that was a lie. There is a charge for cancelling within $45 days. Needless to say, membership cancelled and I'm never coming back. read more

Tried out the new carwash this morning. Only pros I found are it's fast, no long hanging mitter curtains just spinning ones, and free towels to dry and free vacuum. Employees were super nice too. Cons are it's expensive, blow dryer is too short to completely dry and left a ton of water spots. Probably why the towels are free to use. Overall, I don't know if I will be back but to each their own. read more

The service was nice until I got the car wash. Almost 40 dollars only to have to go across the street and re wash the entire car. If its jot done right the first time, im not gonna go and beg for a second wash just for the same outcome. The wash was so weak it couldn't even lift the bird gunk off the hood. Overall I think that this is a really solid car wash. The employees are always so friendly and nice whenever I go and my car is always really clean after the wash. Additionally, the wash itself doesn't last too long but that doesn't take away from its quality. The only thing I'd say is that dryers don't do too well of a job with the back of your vehicle but they do offer complimentary microfiber towels (that you can use and then return once you're done drying your car) by the vacuum area which makes up for that. I did see some reviews saying that some peoples cars have been damaged by the car wash but I personally have never experienced anything like that. read more

Schedule says its open until 8pm but went there twice before 8pm and it was already closed. Water is not filtered well that it stinks and the smell goes inside of the car. The wash is so short that it doesnt clean the car well. The dryer doesnt do much that you'll end up wiping the whole car no matter what. There is always a wait for vacuum during day time. read more

Went through my first time today and very impressed! It was a quick wash which is great but left some water stains and drying was short. I do like that they have free drying towels and also to my surprise, compressed air to blow out those little crannies. There was a lot of staff members working for your needs. Also got an air freshener, which was only $1 (hope that price is always true and not just a one time deal). This was is cheaper then the Belagio wash which is down the street. I wanted to try this place out. I usually go to the one on 223rd. Membership was almost the same price. But what sold me was the membership because they told me that I can bring up to five cars. So I had my husband bring my other car. My husband called me saying I had to pay extra. The guy didn't tell me there would be an extra $22 charge for every car I bring. I was pretty pissed off when my husband called. Staff needs retraining and letting people know it's extra for every car you bring. The wash is not even that great. I don't think the wash even lasted then 5 min. My husband even said that it was too quick of a wash. Yup definitely not coming back here. read more

The pricing is pretty much in line with all the other car washes in the area so not much to complain about - they do have a good one month promotion right now to celebrate the grand opening but it feels like the staff is pushing the memberships a little too hard but I get it with the new opening and trying to get the clientele up to help keep this in business.
