The inside is welcoming and clean. The front desk person went to find where the artists keep their portfolios located. Which led the owner, Mick, coming out front and finishing up with a client. I had overheard that the shop was booked until May. That made me leave because I would be gone by then. Mick, even while attending to a customer, asked about where I was going and suggested of a shop at the very state I'll be going to. That to me was what led me to write this. It took less time for that because of what I wanted. They give you aftercare instructions. Which is also explained to you. This was my first tattoo with colored ink. They share the space with the lower level. Which is a different business. The tattoo shop is on the upper level. It was hard to come by a lot of work by the artists at Electric because they don't have a dedicated webpage. They do have a Myspace page, but it doesn't have all the work each artist has done (Take a look at all the artist's pages as they have more of their own work displayed there). I had the pleasure of having Dave Regan draw and work on my tattoo. He really got the idea around what I wanted to do and added his own style to create a stunning piece. The tattoo work areas are really clean and sterile. All of his tools were clean and sterile as well. Dave explained the processes clearly and I definitely trusted him with the direction he was taking my tattoo in. Everyone there is laid back, easygoing and friendly.
