They really did not try to work with me - the product was purchased in a system kit and I was told that I would have to send the entire kit back before I could have this issue resolved. I purchased the kit since it was a little more economical to do so and have been opening items from the kit as I used up my then-current product. That being the case, the items have not been opened and used all at once, so of course I could not send the entire kit back. This was an expensive loss and I am no longer doing business with them. I recommend you do the same. Go elsewhere.
