Not only has she been a Registered Nurse for over 25 years, but she is a HIGHLY talented artist as well - and it shows in both my procedures, as I was so happy with my lids I sprung for my brows!! She went over and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was comfortable in terms of any pain (which I barely felt -- even dozed off twice!), as well as conducted a very thorough consult prior to starting to make sure I'd love the results! I should've requested a refund because I was there for an hour total, which is ridiculous when all I was getting done was a lip wax. Also the girl who did my wax (I don't think she ever gave me a name) had stray strings of wax all over my face.
