The communication was great, John and his crew arrived shortly after their estimated time of arrival, they were quick, kind, and extra considerate of all wires and both roofs that were underneath the tree that they were removing. I would recommend them - sweet, honest, hardworking guys. Also a torrential downpour hit in the middle of the job and they waited it out for ten minutes and continued like it was nothing. Also, the lowest quote I got for the job!! I will definitely be contacting John for any future trimming or removal needed.

I got a call morning of saying that they wouldn't be able to make it until the following day. I had to go back to work on 3/8/24 and therefore wasn't able to be home for the tree removal. My property was damaged and no compensation was offered. Palm fronds were left in both my yard and my neighbor's yard and the foreman flicked cigarette butts in my yard. I had 5 concrete pavers in my backyard break due to their mishandling. They stated that one paver was already broken prior to them beginning the work which I find highly unlikely. You can see in the images that when the branch fell it broke clean crack lines into the pavers. Blake argued with me about it instead of offering a solution or compensation. 0/10 recommend.
