Tree Man knocked it out of the park!…read more I have a big ash tree in my backyard that tends to grow out of control when the warmer weather hits. Every few years, I have to get it trimmed and it's always a pain tracking down someone do it, but it has to be done because having too many heavy branches makes me nervous. Enter Tree Man. I originally called them and they told me that they were really busy and it would be two weeks before they could come out and take care of the tree. They then called me back the next day and told me that they had a cancellation and they could come out in the next few days. Great! They came with a big crew and all of their trucks ready to go. They trimmed all of the heavy branches from all around the tree and the whole process took about two hours- which was perfect. They did a wonderful job, the price they quoted me was fair, and I'm very happy with their work.

What a relief to find someone who knows what he's doing, is fast, efficient, and a great…read morecommunicator. Robert is an arborist, as well as licensed, certified, and has an A+ rating on BBB. I inherited my large water oak when I bought my home, and little did I know that I inherited all its problems as well. In 2021, after Hurricane Ida, another company told me my tree was dying, but rather than explain what that meant, they gladly trimmed a few branches at the cost of an arm and a leg. 2 years later, while sitting in my backyard, a huge branch snapped and remained dangling above my neighbor's yard. I called Robert from Louisiana Tree Company, and he was at my house within 15 minutes on a Saturday. He diagnosed the problem - the tree was rotting and had lived to the end of its lifespan. By the end of the same day, he sent a quote and even offered to cut the dangling branch down the next day. He also offered to get all the branches off before hurricane season and take the trunk down after hurricane season, to ensure the branches didn't snap off during a storm and gave the option to make two separate (very reasonable) payments. Once I agreed, Louisiana Tree Company was out at my house at the time they said they would be and got the job done safely and perfectly in 5 hours. I have called many tree companies over the past 3 years, and most of them are flaky, give a quote, and never call back. This company is a cut above the rest!!

Thank you Robert! I…read moreHIGHLY recommend Robert and his crew at Louisiana Tree to anyone that needs a tree removed. Especially a tree that no one wanted to touch because it is between a power line, a swimming pool, a fence and a shed. Everyone backed away or over quoted us. Not Robert. He has a can - do super hero attitude. He has the confidence and experience to back it up. His quote was reasonable and he stayed in touch with us throughout the challenging process. First entergy had to come out to assess, that took about a week to get scheduled, then a first ever June hurricane decided to hit and pushed some jobs back, but Robert stayed on top of things and stayed in touch. He also emailed us his insurance info and certification. He is an arborist and licensed and he has no problem explaining everything. It took about 1.5 weeks for everything to be completed with all the crazy curve balls. His expert problem solving skills and dealing with such a dangerously located tree such as ours while keeping his sense of humor, remaining cool and professional throughout it all. His crew were equally brilliant and I am glad they weren't easily scared off to take on such a monster project. I couldn't have asked for better service. We are very pleased with the job they did and most of all - no one got hurt! Thank you, thank you, thank you! If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Said they needed to call 811 and have them mark for areas they needed to stay away from, so grinding took another few days. No problem at all and Melissa in their office was extremely responsive and communicated this all to me. The reason for me not giving them 5 stars was because when the guy came to grind the stumps, he was only able to do 1 out of the 3 trees that were cut. One was because the machine wouldn't fit through our fence and the other because he wasn't sure if he would hit a water line. Not a huge deal because we were going back and forth about getting them ground anyway. Just something to keep in mind when hiring them. Melissa was able to decrease the quoted price because of this, so that was nice. I'd use them again, but keep in mind that they may not be able to get into tight spaces and if you don't know where your water lines run underground, you'd be taking a risk.

My experience with Renaissance Doors was extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. If I…read morecould give negative stars, I absolutely would. The quality of the doors I received did not meet expectations at all. The final product didn't match the inspiration picture that was provided. What was delivered looked nothing like what was promised, which is incredibly disappointing when you're trusting a company to bring your vision to life. What's even worse is their response after the fact. Getting any kind of meaningful support or resolution was like pulling teeth. Communication was slow, unhelpful, and dismissive, as if customer satisfaction is not a concern at all. It honestly feels like once they have your money, they stop caring. I strongly advise anyone considering them to look elsewhere. I asked for barn doors like the picture, except I wanted them to be white. The inspiration picture shows barn doors with vertical planks and a "K" shape across each panel.
