They are the worst and although windows in general are a headache, I urge you to go ANYWHERE else. I had an issue with my order and after an unfriendly, uninformative conversation on the phone, I decided to express my dissatisfaction in an email. I received no response. I had purchased new windows for an entire house. The least they could have done was responded and said they were sorry for my dissatisfaction. After getting my architect involved, I got an extremely unprofessional response back. As I told them, if you took pride in your work, you would make sure your customers were satisfied. Long story short, there are plenty of other options in the Greater New Orleans Area to buy windows. I urge you to go anywhere else besides Bayou Millwork & Windows.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The prices were reasonable and they had the items that I decided upon in stock. (Well across the lake and I could have them the next day, close enough). A little bit later into the job, we decided to extend the gutters and add (and replace) some fascia, and soffet. I bought it all here. Happy so far with the quality and experience.
